Rob the host was cool with a lot of great input and recommendations. Suite was clean and well stocked, beds were very comfortable and pool area was a great plus. On a private, quiet property but close to everything. Will definitely be back.

The place was perfect for our stay. The bed was comfortable, the unit was clean. The pool was beautiful but we didn’t get to use it. We would stay here again.

My family and I stayed a few days in this home over the 4th of July weekend. We had a great stay. The place was small but nice. It doesn’t have a kitchen but you are provided with literally everything you could need if you decide you want to cook there. The pool area was the best! Very private. We also got to feed the fish in the pond behind the pool. We met the host Rob who was really nice. He gave us some tips about the area. The neighborhood was nice and every kind of store and restaurant was close by. The beach was less than 20 min away. When we first booked this place I mentioned that my son was in a wheelchair and Rob quickly responded about a couple of areas in the home that could be of concern. I truly appreciated that. As we were leaving we were met by Rob who kindly gifted was a watermelon and wished us a safe trip. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Our overall stay was wonderful. Peace and quiet, close to shopping areas and the beach. The host, Rob, introduced himself to us and was very informative on things to do close by. Definitely recommend and will surely stay again.

Great location

We loved the location, close to beach, restaurants, and speedway cause we were there for Jeep Beach 23. Rob was very helpful if we needed anything. The suite was stocked with whatever you needed. Great place to stay we enjoyed it.

Place was clean, and you can tell the owner did everything he could think of to accommodate a lack of a “kitchen”. This is a 2 bedroom, full bath, with a living room / kitchen with a pull out sofa. It reminds me of either a pool house or an in-law suite, but it easily accommodated my family of 5. Pool was a bit cold but that’s just the time of the year we were there. Check in/out process was a breeze with a keypad entry, which we received the code before check in. The back yard behind the pool is a beautiful oasis. Host was very prompt to reply, and even gave us a few local tips that helped us with our itinerary. About a 20-25 minute drive from Daytona public beach, with grocery stores nearby the property. Good location, great host/place, and very reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Pleasant little getaway

Overall the property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Definitely a property I would book again. The property manager was very cool and laid-back. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Five stars no doubt.

Great Experience

We were able to book quickly and easily for our last minute trip. Owner was easy to work with, attentive to our needs and quick to respond to inquiries. Pool area was perfect for the kids and family to enjoy. House was clean.
