Location, location, location! Located 2 miles to the beach and close to local restaurants, parks and grocery store! We are located in Port Orange, a small quiet beach town South of Daytona. We are close to the beach, a short 5 minute drive from Daytona Beach Shores! We also close to the charming and beautiful New Smyrna Beach, a short 10 minute drive! This fully renovated beach home is the perfect escape for couples and families!

This Amazing Renovated House has 2 bedrooms and 1 Bathroom - One bd with Queen Bed, One bd with two Twin beds and a Sofa Bed on the living room. Up To 6 people comfortably!
Pet Friendly - Private fully fenced backyard with Barbecue area!
Newly furnished with Fully equipped kitchen for cooking - stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, keurig and regular coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Grill available for use at no extra cost.
Iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Includes linens, towels, Smart Tv on all Bedrooms and WiFi are included for your entertainment.
Great food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. Centrally located on a quiet piece of Port Orange.

You, the Guest, will have access to all spaces during your visit. The entire home is yours to enjoy! Pet fee is $75.

*** No Smoking. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. Smoking penalty if inside the house is $300
- Only registered guest are allowed to stay overnight.
- No Parties, please.

The unit was a great space and very comfortable. It was a surprisingly quiet area, even with some road noise. The surfaces of the unit were extremely clean but the floor was not cleaned in some time and we had to clean it several times ourselves (by our own choice), since we have a toddler. The host was made aware and I am certain he has taken all the steps necessary to make sure they are thoroughly cleaned and maintained in the future. Every major amenity was there as advertised but the washer and dryer do need maintenance, which again, I am sure will happen. The host was very kind and checked in with us a few times. We do hope to be back.
