On warm summer evenings you will experience convivial moments in the beautiful covered gazebo with summer kitchen and fireplace, at the end of the pool. Discover beautiful pebble beaches and crystal clear sea in the nearby town of Rabac, also known as the 'Pearl of Kvarner Bay', from where you can also take a nice boat trip. Visit the old town of Labin and take part in many cultural events organized there during the summer. Also enjoy the excellent gastronomic offer in this region.

Wir waren, jetzt bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und es war wieder alles bestens. Das einzige was ich als Erleichterung mitgegeben würde, ist das man eventuell die Schlüsselübergabe mit einem Kasten mit Zahlenschloss verbessern könnte, dann muss der Eigentümer nicht extra dafür vorbeikommen.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben. Aber mal von vorne… sehr freundlicher Empfang vom Vermieter..Rundgang Hausführung .. Beim betreten des Hauses fühlt man sich direkt zuhause. Super Sauber..! Ehrlich gesagt, sieht das Haus besser aus als auf den Fotos, wir waren begeistert. Im Kühlschrank standen Wein und Bier kalt gestellt. BBQ Haus einfach ein Highlight. Kohle + Holz wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Pool sehr sauber. Soweit ich weiß macht der Vermieter 2 mal die Woche den Pool sauber. 1x am Empfangstag und 1x 4 Tage später. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar. Lidl ist 3 Kilometer entfernt. Strand ist ca in 15 min mit Auto erreichbar. Die Gegend ist ruhig.Einfach super.
