Only one block from the beach in a pleasant and quiet condo community. Big beach with easy access as well as heated pools and fitness facility. House is very well appointed and perfect for our 6 adults and 3 kids. Perfect SB location with restaurants and retail conveniently located. Everything worked well inside the home except for the vacuums, both of which were broken. Took 48 hours but eventually got a replacement from the property manager. The pictures are 100% accurate and will definitely consider returning next year.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful stay for a family of 6. We are able to relax and walk down to the beach with easy access. The rooms were large and the living space was great. The outdoor area was a wonderful extension of the home.

Great Rental

The rental was excellent. Location, comfort, conveniences. The only issue seem to be a lack of understanding regarding the upstairs A/C which was not functional and made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Great place to staycation or vacation with your besties!

Me and my friend stayed in this Solana beach rental and had an amazing time. It’s a beautiful and clean loft condo with high end appliances, amazingly comfortable beds and awesome bathrooms (huge soak in modern tub) every bedroom has a bathroom! Definitely a great place to host family and friends that visit especially from out of state. The back patio is great for entertainment and really love the area. Walk down to your private access beach, neighbors are friendly and never once bothered us, and the neighborhood as a whole is clean, safe and peaceful. We stayed 4 nights. The management company is attentive to our questions and needs. I would definitely have my friends/family come back out and stay here. It’s affordable for the area and I really really like that my service dog was allowed. Please consider this place for your families next stay. No it’s not right on the water but I like that it doesn’t get a lot of traffic and the water is just at the other end of the complex. Definitely giving this place a second visit soon. Thanks to the owners and management for making such a great staycation for me, my fur baby and my friends.

Disliked: Communication
While the property itself was absolutely fantastic and we truly enjoyed the home, our overall experience was overshadowed by several issues and a lack of communication. During our stay, we only had hot water available in half of the house. Specifically, we were unable to use the master shower or the secondary shower on the top floor. While the home itself was beautiful and still livable, it was disappointing not to be able to fully use the property as intended.I do understand that issues can arise that are beyond anyone’s control. However, when we received notice regarding a gas issue and potential shutoff, the situation became very stressful. When I called to get clarification, I was told—abruptly—that our reservation had been canceled. There was no explanation, no discussion, and no offer to assist us in finding alternative accommodations. Each time I was able to speak with someone, I was simply told “I’m sorry,” and when I asked to speak with management, I was assured someone would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. Each interaction left us more concerned that our reservation would be canceled, and we would have nowhere to go.Given that this occurred during spring break, finding last-minute accommodations would have been nearly impossible. After our stay, I sent 2 emails asking to discuss our stay with management and again received no response from the property management team. The extreme lack of communication was and is so disappointing.

Beautiful condo with annoying construction project

This 4br condo was perfect for our family vacation on the beach during Thanksgiving week. We loved that every bedroom had a private bathroom and the beds were very comfortable, The kitchen is amazing and well supplied, including the spices and supplies in the pantry. We enjoyed the beach access and hot tub. We also enjoyed playing pool, ping pong and our sons spent hours playing pac man.I was extremely disappointed to be notified 27 hours prior to check-in that a construction project would be taking place during our stay, prohibiting use of the patio, fire pit, grill and balconies. Scaffolding would be set up by construction workers from 8-5pm during the work week except for Thanksgiving Day, We were not prepared for the loud drilling that took place in the unit next door. Management offered us either a 20% discount or an alternative location that was unacceptable to us since it was 23 miles from the beach. We also had the option to cancel with a complete refund that I considered but after searching for a suitable replacement, nothing surfaced within that limited time frame. Reluctantly we went ahead with our reservation during the construction project.
