Vacation home 'OlpeKids' is perfect for families with children: an extended family or two families with children will find enough space here. On two floors there is one children's room, one bedroom and one bathroom each. If more sleeping space is needed, a bed in the large children's room upstairs can be pulled out to make a double bed. The sofa in the living room can be made into a sleeping place.

From the house you have a beautiful view of the harbor basin and it is only a few minutes walk to the beach. The handcart makes a visit to the beach especially pleasant. On the lawn behind the house you can play soccer, volleyball or badminton. For the little ones, a small parcour can be built there. The bouncy mattress "Airtrack mattress" can be used indoors or outdoors if necessary and provides a lot of fun for young and old. An adventure mini-golf course will open in the immediate vicinity in 2019, and cafés and restaurants are being built along the harbor promenade.

Even in bad weather, there will be no boredom here. In the large children's room there is a climbing frame, which becomes a pirate ship when playing, as well as a "10-in-1 game table" for table soccer, billiards, backgammon and air field hockey. The playing field is 108x60 cm. In the small children's room there is a play carpet and a play and painting table, and on the first floor there is a swing for smaller children. Children's books and board games for all ages complete the offer.

For the very young guests there are two high chairs, two baby beds, baby bath, child safety locks and a changing table. For the slightly larger guests, two beds can be equipped with a fall-out protection and there are two step stools, a toilet seat and a potty in the house.

But the adults do not miss out either: on the bench in front of the house you can catch the first rays of sun in the morning with a cup of coffee from the Senseo coffee machine, while on the west terrace you can enjoy the sun until it sets. The grill on the terrace ensures the perfect barbecue, the fondue machine promises a sociable dinner and the infrared heat cabin invites you to a relaxing end of the day.

If everyone wants to watch something on the spacious 55 inch TV, the armchairs can be attached to the sofa and a beanbag or rocking chair can be added. In case everything got wet and dirty during the visit to the beach, a washer-dryer provides a quick remedy.

Since the house is located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture and barbecue are only available in the summer half-year. In the winter half-year you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.

Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.
