Exactly as advertised. Perfect location to the beach and walking distance to many sights. From staff on location to other tenants, everyone was really pleasant. Would definitely recommend to others.

The unit was spotless! The location was great, staff onsite were excellent. My only criticisms are the carpets in the bedrooms need to be replaced and the mattress in the small bedroom was the worst mattress I have ever slept on! It really needs to be replaced. It was a bit annoying that we had to buy trash bags but we used the plastic grocery bags, the trash shute was very convenient. All in all a nice condo on the beach with great views of the ocean.
