Crystal Shores 701 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the east corner of the 7th floor! Located just one mile west of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores, this unit offers easy access to all area attractions. And, no need to fight for parking - this unit comes with an assigned parking space!



Property Features:



• Access to the wrap-around balcony from the living room and the primary bedroom.



• Tile flooring throughout the unit.



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience. The dining area seats four, plus four barstools for additional seating.



• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit.



• Living area has a sofa sleeper.



• Primary bedroom has a king-sized bed.



• Second bedroom has a queen bed.



• Keyless entry for convenient check-in and check-out.

• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.



• No RVs or trailers are allowed on-site.

The condo was very clean and well stocked.It was an easy check in and out of condo. We had an amazing view outside with lots of seating. The beach was beautiful.We will stay there again.Check out the state park which had a bike/walk path. Also along the path they have bikes to borrow for free. There are plenty of restaurants to walk to that were excellent.

Property was very clean when we arrived and kitchen had every appliance needed and had efficient utensils/pots and pans/bakeware. Pool was never crowded so kids enjoyed that. Spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. My only complaint is trash room is close by and garbage truck runs everyday EARLY but nothing owner can do about that and it’s better than having stinky garbage. Will definitely stay here again.
