About this property

Charming Beach Bungalow Near Everything. 3BR, 2 bath.

Clean, quaint beach house with tons of New England character. Fully furnished and newly remodeled for 2025. Three bathrooms, Air conditioned, nice size fully fenced yard (we are dog friendly!) and a great sea breeze most of the time on the screened porch. ROKU/internet/WIFI. Patio with set and new grill. Plenty of parking in double driveway and on street (corner lot). 5 minute walk (or less) to beach, pier, shopping, restaurants, bank/ATM, groceries, pharmacy, museum, park, train, Seaside Pavillion, miniature golf, candy store/ice cream parlor. Short ride to Funtown USA, SplashTown, Aquaboggin, excellent golf courses and movies including a real drive-in. Watch the Thursday night fireworks from the porch!

Within 10 minute drive: Dunegrass public golf, Biddeford/Saco Country Club (state HS championship course) Funtown USA, Aquaboggin water park, drive in movie, antique shops, flea market.

Sleeps 7 comfortably, huge comfy sectional and 2 cots available. Also available as winter rental December - May.

This is our 2nd time staying at this cottage. The size was perfect for our group. The location is great. It is a quiet neighborhood but close to the beach as well as day trips to Kennebunk, Portland and Freeport.The house has been renovated since we last visited. The changes to the kitchen as well as the addition of a 1/2 bathroom on the 2nd floor was great. We hope to book again next year.

Second time staying here

We had a nice stay. Location is 5-10 min walk to all that OOB has to offer. The fenced in yard is a great area for dog & grilling out, with both shady & sunny areas. My only suggestion would be to get a pull out couch in basement area as there are only cots there to sleep.

Great House - Close to everything

This is our second year renting and wish we could swing more than one week. Its close to everything and we never took our car out once. The house is clean and spacious. The fenced yard is a bonus! Great Place!

The neighborhood was nice, the beach is close. Lots of good restaurants to try, shopping not far. Loved the porch, and the big casement windows next to bed in master bedroom. Only drawback was no upstairs bathroom. We did not have good weather, but still a relaxing time!

Perfect Location!

The house was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two friends. The location was great. Neighborhood was quiet but walking distance to the beach. House was close to lots of activities in Old Orchard Beach but also for our day trip to Freeport, South Portland and Cape Elizabeth but also there was great restaurants when we wanted a break from cooking. House was very near to Hannafords to pick up items for meals. Definitely would consider staying there again.

Fantastic home and location

Myself my husband, our adult children, 4 yr old granddaughter and our dog stayed at this rental. It was the perfect spot, spacious with a wonderful fenced in yard. My granddaughter loved the swing that was hung on the big shady tree. We spent a lot of time in the yard and also on the screened in porch. We are hoping to make this a yearly family trip and would love to rent this home again.

Great stay. House very functional. We had as many as 6 adults and a 1 and half year old and house never felt crowded. Great location for beach walks and putt-putt golf! Owner Steve super friendly and very responsive to questions and trouble shooting (wifi down after thunderstorm, and disoosal stopped... magic switchs to flip!) Will be back.

A Peaceful Place!

We highly recommend renting this home from Steven and Lyn. They are so nice and communication was wonderful, and their place is so peaceful! It’s a five minute walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to the OOB pier. Their fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog to play! The fireplace added a lovely touch to their beautiful home! We had take-out from The Clambake, Ken’s Place, The Front Porch, and Taqueria 207. We enjoyed a short walk around Cascade Falls and enjoyed a day trip to Oqunquit (walked Marginal Way). You will not be disappointed with this rental and there is so much to do/enjoy! We will be back to enjoy the summer and look forward to this home being a part of our vacation experience for years to come. Thank you Steven and Lyn for welcoming us into your home!

This was the first time we have ever rented a house. I am so glad we did!!!

This property is in a great location. We were able to walk to most places and there are many food options close by. The weather wasn’t so great The week we were there, but we had fun playing games, watching movies and playing outside. A huge plus that we were able to bring our little dog with us. The front porch was his favorite place to sit and watch people walk by. We will be back!
