About this property

Apartment "Meerhaus" with pool

Our apartment "Sea House" is located on the island of Krk, in the municipality Batomalj, about 2 km from the beautiful seaside resort of Baska. Surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden with pool (8x4) is the apartment in a quiet hillside location. On foot you can reach the beach through a small grove in about 20 minutes. The apartment is accessible from the garden at ground level via a separate entrance with a furnished terrace. The cozy living / dining area with satellite TV and integrated new kitchenette is modern and comfortable. From here you reach the covered terrace overlooking the pool and the opposite mountain panorama. All three rooms have air conditioning. WLAN is also available.
The "Meerhaus" is located at the end of a small serpentine road in an absolutely unique location. A hiking trail leads past the house in the direction of "Stara Baska", from where you can enjoy a breathtaking sea / mountain panorama view.
In the "sea house" there are two apartments which both have separate entrances. The upper apartment is not for rent, so there is a good chance to have the pool and the outside area to yourself.
The apartment is mainly used by our family and therefore convinces our guests in the equipment by a charming individual touch.

You never get a second chance for a first impression

Es war von Anfang an eine tolle Unterkunft, mit allem, was das Familienherz - samt Hund - begehrt. Das Haus liegt toll, ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet und es fahlte an (fast) nichts ;-) Wir können es nur empfehlen und überlegen gerade, im kommenden Jahr wieder hinzufahren....

Das Meerhaus verzaubert

Die Ferienwohnung bot uns eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Abgeschiedenheit half uns, dem Alltag zu entfliehen und richtig zu entspannen. Der erfrischende Pool war an den heißen Tagen eine Wohltat, das beeindruckende Bergpanorama atemberaubend und das tolle Interieur sorgte sofort für ein heimeliges Gefühl. Die vielen liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmten Details der Einrichtung trugen zur charmanten Atmosphäre bei. Wir haben uns in dieser bezaubernden Ferienwohnung unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Der Ort ist so gestaltet, dass das Entschleunigen leichtfällt und man wirklich die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Der sehr angenehme Kontakt zur Gastgeberin rundete unseren Aufenthalt perfekt ab. Diese Tage werden uns noch lange in schöner Erinnerung bleiben.

Entspannung pur

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene mit zwei Kindern (10,15) der Pool ist Gold wert, den haben wir voll ausgenutzt. Die Wohnung und Grumdstück ist super schön hergerichtet. Falls mal Fragen aufkommen ist immer jemand da, der einem hilft oder Tipps für schöne Ausflüge gibt. Wir hatten schöne 10 Tage bei Karmen und ihrer Familie.

Tolle Herbstferien in Baška

Wir haben hier gerade eine tolle Ferienwoche mit der Familie verbracht. Die Bilder im Internet stimmen vollständig mit der Realität überein, die Wohnung ist vollständig und gemütlich ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Anfahrt ist eine kleine Herausforderung, man gewöhnt sich jedoch schnell an die steile Anfahrt! Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr schön und gut zu bewältigen, gerne mal zu Fuß ausprobieren! Auch Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus sind sehr empfehlenswert, wenn auch eher für sportliche Wanderer. Der Ausblick von oben auf das Meer ist sehr lohnenswert. In der Gegend gibt es viele gute und preiswerte Restaurants, vor allem in Baška. Im Oktober fällt allerdings die Insel auch vielerorts schon in den Winterschlaf.

Schöne Woche in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt wunderschön in ruhiger Umgebung etwa 2,5 km vom Strand entfernt. Wanderungen in die umliegenden Berge kann man unmittelbar am Haus starten. Der Strand und der Ort liegen etwa 2,5km Fußweg, der teilweise im Schatten verläuft, entfernt. Auch unserem Hund gefielen die täglich wechselnden Gassirunden in neuer Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles in sehr guter Qualität vorhanden, was wir für den Urlaub benötigten. Und der Kontakt mit der netten Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Aufkommende Fragen wurden mit sehr kurzer Reaktionszeit beantwortet und Problemchen schnell geklärt. Alles top!

Moderne, saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Mädels (12, 15)unterwegs. Die Wohnung bietet alles für einen entspannten Urlaub, ist toll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Anfahrt war etwas abenteuerlich, aber nach zwei, drei Anfahrten war das auch kein Problem.

Urlaub in toller Kulisse

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wanderweg Richtung Berge und auch der Ort Baska ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Anfahrt mit einem großen Auto ist etwas abenteuerlich aber machbar. Wir haben besonders den tollen Pool und die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung genossen. In der Stadt Baska gibt es viele Freizeit und kulinarische Angebote. Auch die Verständigung mit der Vermieterin war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, der wie immer zu kurz war☀️⛵.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr gemütlich und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Uns hat auch die Lage abseits vom großen Trubel gefallen. Zu Fuß haben wir es zwar nicht in 20 Minuten zum Strand geschafft.. das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Der Blick in die Umgebung ist toll, der nächste Supermarkt nicht weit entfernt. Auf ein Auto ist man allerdings schon angewiesen. Die steile Anfahrt war nachts sehr abenteuerlich, mit der super Beschreibung der Gastgeberin aber kein Problem. Unsere Kinder haben besonders den Pool geliebt. So konnten wir die besonders heißen Tage sehr gut aushalten. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben!

Haben hier tolle 10 Tage verbracht!

Schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet. Toller Außenbereich mit Pool. Verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle Tageszeiten und Wetterlagen. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Nur die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich (eng und steil). Die Umgebung ist herrlich zum Wandern, Spazierengehen, flanieren oder einfach nur relaxen am Strand oder Pool. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war top! Vielen Dank, liebe Karmen, dass wir in Ihrem Haus zu Gast sein durften.

Gemütlich-komfortabeles Ferienhaus

Schon vor unserer Ankunft war die Kommunikation mit unserer Gastgeberin Karmen wunderbar unkompliziert und freundlich. So kamen wir bestens vorbereitet am Haus an. Auch von dort waren wir jederzeit "connected". Wir hatten nicht so tolles Wetter und gerade dann ist ein gemütliches Haus mit Sofa, großem Essplatz und sehr bequemen Betten ein echter Segen. Wir hatten wunderbare 5 Tage in Batomalj und Umgebung - vielen Dank!

Sehr schöner Urlaub für alle die Ruhe suchen!!!

Eine wunderschön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, es fehlt einfach an Nichts. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, und kann die Ruhe genießen. Der Pool ist wunderschön und auch rundherum ist alles gepflegt. Direkt hinterm Haus verläuft ein sehr schöner Wanderweg in verschieden Richtungen. Hat uns gut gefallen, es gibt nichts zu meckern und wir kommen sicher gern nochmal wieder:-). Danke an die Eigentümer, die so ein schönes Domizil zur Erholung anbieten.

Strand Urlaub

Mit dieser Wohnung macht man nichts verkehrt! Wer einen entspannten Urlaub in einer ruhigen Lage sucht ist hier genau richtig. Kann die Wohnung und den Standort nur empfehlen, hatten dort einen echt schönen Urlaub.
