We loved the cabin and it's location was wonderful for us to explore the area and attend an event at the planetarium and observatory deck. Owners were most helpful and responded to us immediately.
The cabin was lovely and very comfortable. Perfect location, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The cabin has a great porch to sit and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine!
Awesome time! Cabin had soo much charm and front porch sitting at it’s finest. Close to downtown Burnsville, quaint little town. We enjoyed our time there.
We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for work but it was a great place to get cleaned up, relax, and recharge each night. It is right in the center of Burnsville. We could walk to the local shops. Good places to eat close by. Short drive (about 30 minutes ) to Asheville. Owners were friendly and pretty quick to respond. Place was very clean. I love the fireplace. I would definitely stay there again and I 100% recommend staying there.
This place was so beautiful. Very walkable to the town. Beds were very comfortable.
The town is so lovely and Quaint. I definitely come back and explore during the fall.
This cabin is beautiful! The owners have done a great job of "being their guests!" There are plenty of hooks in the bathroom, beautiful, thick towels, a lovely goodie basket upon your arrival, bottled water and ice in the fridge/freezer, fully stocked coffee bar with liquid creamers in case you forget yours, and lots of cozy places to just sit and relax! We loved it!! Just perfect!
Clean, cute and well organized. We happened to be staying during an unusual hot time and were delightfully surprised in the AC. Three units kept the house comfortable and cool.
Lovely front porch for sitting, nearby restaurants, shops and even a farmers market on Saturday.
Not overly fancy, but an absolutely lovely little cabin.
This we a super cute home in town. We live in the country so I was a bit worried about road traffic noise but it rained that night and gave a wonderful white noise! The steps to the bedroom may not be great for kids under 4/5 but very nice. The host left some extras that were super thoughtful!
Cozy cabin on main was exactly as advertised. It is so adorable and cozy. We wanted a getaway in the foothills that was walkable to places. Fit the bill perfectly.
My daughter was thrilled to see snacks left for us
The hostess thought of everything we needed including water for our hike.
Loved reading on the porch while my family slept
We enjoyed walking distance to
Burnsville Wine and (wine tasting Friday night)
Homeplace brewery ( amazing patio and porch)
Pig & Grits( recommend Honey Sriracha chicken sandwich - I know at bbq restaurant)
Cool Catz ice cream
Highly recommend!
Wow, what a super lovely log cabin! Clean and nicely decorated with a generous welcome goodie basket (thank you!!), coffee area with a Keurig (yay!) and an abundance of k-cups.
When we first walked in, my husband and I agreed it was far bigger and more attractively appointed than we had somehow remembered from the photos. It felt much roomier and more spacious than we had expected. The decor and furniture layout really contributed to the spacious feel.
The host made the check-in process the easiest we've encountered with a VRBO. The location was just perfect - walkable to downtown and literally steps from Pig & Grits - one of our top two favorite restaurants in all of Burnsville. We enjoyed the lovely and spacious porch for relaxing and running around the - much larger than we expected - yard with our golden retriever.
Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We are looking forward to booking your cabin again in the future!
We love Burnsville and make a trip up a couple times a year. This is the first time we stayed in Cabin on Main and LOVED it. The hosts were great and very responsive. Beds are comfortable. It is walking distance to the Brewery and other places to eat. I would 100% recommend this property. Great hosts!
Great cabin near downtown Burnsville. Rustic appeal and all the amenities we could ask for. Only negative thing to say was the traffic noise, but kind of expected being intown. Wish we could have stayed longer!
