This place is amazing!!! So relaxing and beautiful beyond words scenery, wonderful host to deal with and a great home away from home. Returning next week and then hopefully real soon after that. I'm from Texas and there is NO comparison to NC. Kathleen Toms
Very comfortable condo. So clean and everything needed is provided.Jeramy is very thorough and a wonderful host.We will be back !!! Enjoyed our visit and the surrounding areas are as nice!
We stayed overnight and it was one of the best experiences. The view from both bedrooms is amazing and is everything you could ask for! The cabin is cozy and the host was responsive and easy to work with.
Great communication from the host, very clean cabin. Stocked with dishes and towels. The pictures really are from the back porch of the cabin, the view is gorgeous and secluded. Great for hiking trips to Pisgah National forest The only issue was there is a 10:00 or 11:00pm noise ordinance for the area and the cabin has a noise monitor for it, I didn't see that mentioned in the listing
The apartment was very clean with a very nice fireplace. The property manager helped us to find kindling even though he was out of it and lived four hours away.
You will not find a better spot anywhere. Gorgeous, gorgeous views. Quiet and peaceful.
Salt water pool, pool table, shuffle board.
Grill, well-appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds.
We keep coming back and plan to every year.
Comfortable and well-equipped cottage with great view
Everything necessary was provided and was of very good quality and generally in good shape. An electric kettle would be a nice addition. Easy to find, given the detailed directions, and well located in terms of the view from the bedrooms and deck as well as access to trails along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Comfortable and enjoyable.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We do include an electric kettle in all of our units to make brewing teas easier. We're sorry you couldn't locate it. We are always here to help when you need something or cannot find something.
We went up to spend a quiet night watching the meteor shower. It was the perfect location. Area was beautiful and the house is clean, organized and has everything for a great stay. Unfortunately the clouds did not cooperate but we did see 4 shooting stars around 3:30am through a break in the clouds. Thanks
Best property rental we’ve had. The instructions for access and for other details of our home were great, but they couldn’t compare to the amazing views. It was unbelievable to sit on the porch and enjoy the constantly changing view of the mountains. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back. The owner (Jeremy) was great to deal with and was super nice and helpful when we forgot one of our chargers. Everything about the home and location was great. We highly recommend it.
This was my first Vrbo booking. The location was beautiful and quiet. The house was very clean and upkeep. Both bedroom had tvs and a firm, comfortable mattresses. Kitchen had a lot of accessories if you wanted to cook. The living room was very comfortable with a fireplace. Definitely will be coming back. 10/10
My husband and I went to this VRBO for a weekend getaway. It is a great size for a couple or a small family. The property is very clean and I thought some of the things they provided were a nice touch (like coffee and tea). The pictures do not do the place justice. The views outside are amazing! The host is very easy to contact and responds very quickly. The only thing I didn't like when I was here was the weather, but I am pretty sure the host could not control that:)
The location is excellent to have a great view of mountains from the backyard. The rooms are perfect to enjoy the outside natural beauty and inside privacy. The kitchen has all utensils that we needed. The property is very clean even every corner. We will bring friends to stay again in different seasons. The only complaint is that we didn’t book for a longer stay.
The view is indeed a million dollar view. I've been coming to the mountains once a year for forty years and this place is TOPS. the view is extraordinary. We LOVE Alpine Village, great location and ammenities. Right by the Toe River and close to lots of trails, even one on the property.
The unit is cozy and has some great upgrades. It would be just right for parents and two kids or three or four adults.
This cabin was enough for the 4 of us and the location could not have been better. The owners really paid special attention to detail like: 1. QR codes for WiFi and cleaning procedures 2. Night lights at the foot of the beds to light up the walkway 3. Blankets under the coffee table to snuggle and watch tv. The cabin was clean. Packed with everything you need in a kitchen. The beds were comfy. The showers had great water pressure (that’s important if you ask me). Parking was easy. The view on the balcony deck is amazing!! We will be back!!
The unit was clean and very comfortable. It has fantastic mountain views from bedrooms and deck. It is a duplex however it was quiet.
Very convenient to Blue Ridge Parkway, Mt.Mitchell and many hiking trails. We would highly recommend if you plan a trip to Burnsville.
Both the property and its owner are great! All aspects from the amenities and communication from the owner are first rate.

Why they chose this property
I grew up splitting my time between Winston-Salem, NC and the Burnsville, NC areas. I've always loved being in the hills and nature and as I've traveled I've grown to love the big cities as well. Despite all my travels I remain drawn to this area and its unique appeal.
