UPS and FedEx does delivery to this property (front desk may charge $10/package or more to receive package for you) but please do not have packages delivered to the house before or after you arrive. Other guest might be staying at the house and we can’t guarantee acceptance of the package for you.

All guest will be welcomed with a welcome starter Kit.
The Welcome Kit includes the following:

This cozy getaway is equipped with basic housekeeping supplies each linens, towels, and pool towels are washed after each stay.
We only ask you take care of them and not remove from the property.

You will be charged $35 for each broken or missing items and will be reported to AIRBNB
