The home has views from the large living room that is perfect for lounging, playing board games or reading a book. Also enjoy ocean views from the main bedroom or while eating at the dining table.

Great for friends, couples or families with little ones or a pet, with ample room to spread out and enjoy the views of the Pacific Ocean from different rooms.

The home is 2100 square feet on 0.6 acres. It has lots of windows that brings the outdoors in.

Drink your morning cup of coffee or your evening glass of wine on the deck, where you can enjoy ocean views and feel the ocean breeze. Sit on the window seat with a great book while overlooking the ocean, or sit in the office with your laptop, and enjoy the deer roaming around and the ocean view. There is also a peaceful sitting area in the main bedroom with ocean views.

If you like to barbecue, bring your steaks or veggie burgers and grill it on the propane barbecue in the fenced in back patio. There is also a kitchen equipped with a double oven, a 5 burner gas range with stainless steel cook wear and oil, salt and pepper and spice mixes available.

If you prefer a night out, plan to visit one of restaurants in Elk, which is 15 minutes north. The area has a Michelin Star restaurant and there are some other very good eateries in the area that are putting Mendocino County and Northern California coast on the foodie map.

Wine lovers should plan a stop at one of the many tasting rooms in the Anderson Valley along Hwy 128. Pick up a bottle of wine to enjoy with the sunset.

For the animal lovers, check out the animal preserve, located 15 minutes south, in Point Arena.

If you are in the mood for walking on sandy beaches, use the card provided to access the private beach. The sandy beach is perfect for walking the dog, Exploring the tide pools, collecting driftwood or flying a kite. Or, just enjoy the great and peaceful Pacific Ocean!

If you have little ones, a full sized crib and pack ’n play is available (please bring your own blanket). There is also a high chair and booster seat.

Want to get away but need to work remotely? The house is equipped with a desk overlooking the ocean and high speed internet, that is capable for Zoom meetings.


Please note that our home is located in the wilderness. There are deer and other animals that may be roaming the neighborhood. We want you to be comfortable. We do our best to ensure that the house is clean and there are no pests. We do not use insecticides that are toxic to humans and pets. You may see an occasional spider or other bug. If you have a phobia of insects, then we kindly ask you to consider a different property.

This is a quiet, remote, coastal community. People will wave to you and smile. Drive slow. Enjoy this way of life.

Some things to know so that you can enjoy your stay:

Cell phone service is not always dependable. Calls are best made by using wifi calling mode. High speed internet is available at the house. (Please see speed test picture)

Restaurant hours are limited in the evenings and on weekdays. It is recommended that you bring groceries or visit the general store, which is 10 minutes away. Especially if you plan on arriving late.

Pack 'N play and full size crib available for your baby. (Please bring your own blanket). There is also a high chair and a booster seat.
