Welcome to our cozy home! Walk or drive 1 mile to vibrant downtown Apex. The entire space is carefully designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. It has 2 queen bedrooms with TVs, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with shared shower, a large living room, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of storage space, private outdoor living area, laundry room, large yard, and ample parking. Self-check in. Close proximity to major highways. Kids welcome. We'd love to host your visit!



The Space:

Single-family ranch-style home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (Tub / shower shared by both bathrooms in a jack-and-jill style)



Guest Access:

Private driveway fits three cars comfortably, keypad entry on the front door



Other Things to Note:

We understand that some people are more sensitive than others to ambient noise coming from outside of the house. Please note that there is an active railroad nearby to the house and trains can be heard from inside the home. We provide ear plugs and white noise machines for those who prefer to drown out the sound of the train.

Audio and video are recorded on the exterior of the property 24/7.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement in our guest portal after confirming your reservation.

Nice birthday's getaway

We lived the central location and quiet neighborhood, especially the natural forest in the backyard. The communication for small concerns was prompt and we felt being well taken cared for.

A great stay

We really enjoyed staying at this location. It was very clean and well maintained. Most of the lighting had dimmers, which we love. Super fast hot water too! 7 tenths of a mile to downtown and an easy walk.

Property was very clean and as described. The bathroom layout was convenient for two couples (each couple had their own, private toilet/sink with a shared tub/shower). Very nice and convenient to downtown apex.

Perfect Stay in newly renovated rancher!

We were in town to see our nephew graduate, instead of a hotel we found this property. It was perfect! Beautifully redone on the inside in every room. Beds were comfy with linen & towels included! It even had a pack n play which was perfect to nap our other nephew who was visiting. The deck was cozy for our late night chats. Grocery stores & restaurants were close by. We will be back next year for our niece graduating and this will be where we stay! Don’t miss out on a great place!

Nice quiet neighborhood

Great location close to my work location. Very quick resolution to an issue the first night. I would stay there again if I work in the area again. Only issue is the dryer dries very slowly. I think having the vent cleaned would resolve the problem.

Amazing Place, Location, and Backyard!!

Perfectly convenient to SO MUCH!! Apex, Cary, Holly Springs all a 15 min drive. You could probably walk to downtown Apex, which is a cool place to explore! House is gorgeous, decorated very nicely, with everything you need to feel right at home! Even throw blankets for the couch -- a nice touch you don't even think about!!! The deck is absolutely gorgeous, and there is a cool little bird nest tucked away that was fun to watch during feeding time <3 The forest in the backyard gave me the scenery I needed to relax.... Highly recommended. If I could give more stars I would!! I will DEFINITELY be back!!
