This place is awesome! Great location for trail access. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they made sure everything was perfect! It’s so nice being so close you can ride to the trails and be able to come back after a long day of riding to all the creature comforts of home. We will definitely be back!

Thank you very much, we try hard to give families the comfort of home to just relax and enjoy their vacation rather than running around picking up stuff they may have forgotten. We hope to see you again.
House is amazing and centrally located to all of the trails. Barbara is great at getting you set up and going if you have never been to the area. House is completely stocked with everything you need. Just bring a SXS and some food.
We loved all of the little extras that were provided: extra towels for the dogs and atvs, smores supplies, charger port with all types of chargers, etc. She even had stuff for us to celebrate New Years since we were there New Years Eve. Also, the place smelled wonderful!
Excellent place to stay for riding the Sundquist unit of Tennessee WMA. Barb was a fantastic host with lots of knowledge of the area. Highly recommend.
The house was very comfortable and clean. Barb stocked the house with everything you could need. We even got to meet her and she was amazing. She even helped us with directions to places. I will definitely stay there again.

Thank you, we look forward to seeing you guys again!
The house is clean and fully stocked! Creamer & condiments are already in the fridge. Beds were comfy and had lots of pillow options! Tv in every room with some included DVD’s. Kids made themselves at home and didn't want to leave! We will be returning!
Perfect accommodations for our group. Close to riding trails and if you love porch sittin, you will love this place. Very pet friendly and so well stocked. Barbara is very friendly and more than happy to answer any questions.
Barb was a very informative and helpful renter! The property her and her husband has is very peaceful, and was accommodating for not only my family but dogs as well!!
The house was as listed and more!! So many extras available if needed. Barb is a fantastic communicator and thinks of everything. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to others!
One of the easiest drive ways in the area to navigate with a trailer. It's still steep, like most in this part of TN, but you can pull completely around the house making it easy to park the trailer and unload your rig. The host also has a hose with pressure nozzle set up to wash off the days ride from your equipment- making my husband super excited he wasnt loading up a bunch of mud on the trailer. The house itself is super clean and welcoming, and the hosts have it stocked with coffee, candies, toiletries, and even the makings for s'mores! Need anything? Just let the host know and she will have it there ASAP! It's like having that neighbor who has a guy for anything you could think of. It made the trip easy and chill.
Lovely house and property has everything you need and more. We had an amazing time!! We loved starting and ending our morning/night out on the porch which was so nice and relaxing. They have lots of information on the area and trails/ our waterfall adventures. Will definitely be staying again cant wait!!
We go to the mountains a couple times a year for trail riding and this was the nicest place we've stayed. Barb went out of her waf to make sure we had everything we needed
This is the best rental experience we have had! The location, property, and host are above and beyond what you could want in a vacation. We spent 4 days in the area riding our sxs. Perfect location for this, beautiful mountain setting. The hosts have the rental stocked with everything you can think of to make you feel like it’s home away from home and they know the area very well and are more than willing to help you find what you are looking for.we will be back!!
Communication with property owner was amazing. Home is very family friendly; as well as pet friendly. This home has all amenities a person needs. No need to bring anything other than yourself, food, clothes, and your ATV/UTV.
This rental was a well stocked and clean place. It is about as remote as you can get in Tn and still be in your car. The beds where very comfortable and it was warm since we stayed there in January. Barb was interesting to talk to also. Thanks Barb
