Seeking a peaceful getaway? Our rustic home features a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and stress relief. This delightful house in LaFollette offers a tremendous stay for guests with 2 bedrooms and a loft including 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 full bed. With 2 bathrooms (1 full and 1 half), washer and dryer, full kitchen, living room, front and rear decks, propane grill provided and much more. Seasonal Norris Lake views and just a 2 minute drive to Sugar Hollow Marina. Convenient for fishing. This serene retreat ensures a comfortable stay.
ATV owners will appreciate the proximity to the Tank Springs and Ivydale Road 1 Cumberland Trail (less than 7 miles appx 14 min). Our location is also convenient to Tackett Creek and Ride Royal Blue Trails (19 miles appx 30 min). Popular destinations such as Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are within 1hr 30min drive.
Our space includes a fire pit and 4 camp chairs (**NO CUTTING DOWN TREES**). Plenty of parking for vehicles. No smoking inside of the house and please be courteous and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Must be able to walk steps. Self-check-in provided. Indoor wood burning fireplace.
Sugar Hollow Marina now features a waterpark for families and much more to come.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure to bag all garbage before throwing it in outdoor trash cans next to garage. Trash removal will not pick up trash that is not completely bagged. Thank you.
Strip beds and leave soiled linens on the floor in the bedroom.
Place used towels in the bathtub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
