Comfortable and clean!

This was a perfect crashing pad during my visit. The bed was extremely comfortable and the casita was super cute. I would definitely stay again!

Cute, comfortable place to stay

Convenient and comfortable place to stay during the Thermal horse show. Very quiet neighborhood that felt like a marina with the lakefront and waterfowl. Easy access to complex. Good communication from owner.

Comfortable and clean

The space was very clean and the bed comfortable. We would have appreciated a coffee maker since there is nowhere close by to get coffee. The little fridge was stocked with bottled water and Sparkling water. The rental is great for a good night’s sleep but if you want a little extra space to relax, you won’t find it here.

Lovely, quiet unit

You get your own entry/room/bathroom in a newer housing complex with a man made body of water!!!!The casitas was in a very quiet, safe neighborhood.The host was very responsive and helpful.There were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom.The bed was great and comfortable!There was also plenty of light, bright and early at six am in March, as there are shutters on the windows.More shelving space for personal toiletries in the bathroom would have been nice.In summary, it was a great, quiet, clean, spacious, private room with it's own bathroom that you will enjoy sleeping in.

My sister and I were in town visiting our parents, so we just needed a place to sleep. The bed was comfy, the room was very clean. Communication with the hosts was fast and smooth. We didn't have a chance to use the pool, but we enjoyed early morning walks around the lake. It's a very nice community with lovely hosts and we'll definitely stay next time we're in town.

Nice little casita in Indio. We lodged here for our trip to the BNP tennis event. Our host was responsive and reached out prior to the trip to give us some parking and entrance info.She let us know ahead of time there was no coffee maker in the unit, so we brought our own.The unit was a bit smaller than a hotel room, but the bed was comfortable.The main issue we had is that the Wifi and/or extender was very spotty, which made watching tv or catching up on work a challenge.

Kylie, our host, was super helpful. She made sure to contact us the day before to ensure that we got here with no issues. She was very quick to respond and made sure we avoided problems with checking in parking. The community itself was beautiful and felt safe to stay in. Once we checked in, we could see how cozy the room was and the different amenities a small room like this could offer. It had a large comfortable bed, microwave, fridge, and restroom, which were all very clean. We made the right choice by coming here. Thank you Kylie!
