South-facing apartment in a well-kept residential complex for 6 people

The apartment is located between Benidorm and Calpe. It has a pool area, a heated winter pool, a Jacuzzi, a tennis court and a bowling alley.
The apartment has three bedrooms, one of which has a bath.
There is also a separate shower room.
The living room is spacious with a nice dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped (designer kitchen) and newly renovated and furnished in 05.2021.
The apartment offers two terraces, a conservatory and direct access to the pool.
It is very suitable for hibernators, as heating and air conditioning are available.

There is ample free parking in front of the house.
It is also possible to use an underground parking space.

Pets (small dog) only on request. Price per day 5,00 €.

- Electricity according to consumption/meter reading = 0.27 €/kwh (payable in cash on departure)
- Costs for gas (heating and hot water) Nov. - March per month 60,00 € / April 50,00 € / May - Oct. per month 40,00 € (payable in cash on arrival).

Gorgeous apartment!

You will not be disappointed. Spotlessly clean, lovely outdoor pool right outside the apartment. Bertha who owns the apartment is so kind and helpful, a lovely lady who you can contact at anytime before and during your stay. The walk to the beach is about 8 mins and is a flat walk.L'albir is a beautiful place, we will definitely be returning.

January stay

Bertha greeted us with the keys on our arrival and showed us around, she was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spacious with plenty of cupboard space; we found everything we needed for a two week stay in January. Having gas central heating it made the apartment ideal for the chilly winter nights, along with the lovely heated swimming pool. It was also conveniently located within walking distance to a Mercadona and a Lidl as well as bars, restaurants and the seafront. We would definitely rent again if we return to the area. Thank you very much Bertha.

Nasty experience with this host. Property is just as described. Location is good, old fashioned apartment, decorated in the traditional Spanish style. Also charged extra for air conditioning and over 30 euro per night if left on for any length of time. Bed linen synthetic and unpleasant in the heat. After we got back the host claimed we damaged a plastic sun bed with " chemicals". Charged us €300 on our credit card 3 days later. Have been battling with Vrbo ever since to seek reimbursement. No receipts, photos or adequate explanation given. Host said we used nail polish remover which we DID NOT HAVE with us on her plastic sun lounger. Still waiting for an adjudication on the issue. Host refused to communicate with us and just took our money. Have booked stays on all the major sites over the years, have never ever had a problem before. Avoid this host and this property. Feel we have been scammed by this host. Very unhappy with the whole experience and also Vrbo/Expedia's handling of the whole situation.

Diese Wohnung und die Vermieterin-Bertha- sind für jeden Gast ein 6. Er im Lotto. Großzügige Wohnung, toll eingerichtet, sauber, Riesenterasse , Wintergarten, moderne Küche.Bertha ist supernett und hilfsbereit.Man kann sich jederzeit von ihr Hilfe holen. Internet ist verfügbar. Dazu ein beheizter Pool ein riesiger Pool direkt vor der Terasse, eine Bocchiabahn zur freien Verfügung. Wir waren bereits das 2.mal dort. Sollte es unsere Gesundheit erlauben werden wir wieder dort Qartier nehmen. Alles Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants u.s.w. sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es ca.500m. Lovely spacious apartment

The spacious ground floor apartment was lovely, quiet, and just a few steps from the pool. We enjoyed the large terrace where we relaxed and had our meals. There was lots of storage space by way of wardrobes, drawers and cupboards, which was very handy. A well equipped apartment. A 10 minute walk to the sea and not much further to the resort centre, although there are restaurants and shops quite close.

Zeer schoon en compleet appartement met goede bedden en zeer accurate gastvrouw. Door de luxe meubels niet per se geschikt voor kleine kinderen, maar verder top!

Wonderful stay

We have enjoyed our Holiday very well! The appartment is very well located (close to beach & shops) and has all the luxury we could wish for. (both heated as “cold” swimming pool available). The welcome by the Owner (Bertha) was warm. We even were presented A bottle of wine at arrival!

Apartamento Albir

El apartamento resultó muy cómodo. Hizo un poco de calor pero con el aire acondicionado y la piscina con acceso directo se hizo leve. El parking está justo debajo del apartamento, lo cual resulto un alivio. Excelente estadía. Bertha la propietaria fue muy atenta y nos dio muy buen trato. Estamos agradecidos.

Terrasse mit Poolzugang

Großzügige Wohnung mit neuer Küche und neuer Terrasse. Wie angegeben drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder. Zwei Klimaanlagen (Wohnzimmer und Flur der Schlafzimmer, zieht dann gut darin rein) und Deckenventilatoren (Wohnzimmer und Elternschlafzimmer) . Tiefgarage, der Aufzug ist direkt neben der Wohnungstür, sehr praktisch. Für uns war wichtig, dass wir von der Terrasse den Pool sehen und von der Terrasse dort hingehen können. Das klappte super. Der große Pool ist vorn ca. 80 cm und schrägt dann bis 230cm ab. Daneben kleiner Kinderpool. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Etwas zuviel Schnickschnack und zuviel Möbel, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Im Wohnzimmer Sat TV mit so ziemlich allen deutschen Kanälen. WLAN im Wohnzimmer und reicht bis Elternschlafzimmer. Etwa 1mbit Geschwindigkeit, reichte zum streamen immer aus. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Brötchen habe ich in 5-10min zu Fuß in einem kleinen Supermarkt geholt,. Großeeinkaufen bei Lidl oder Mercadona in 900m. Steinkieselstrand ca. 5 min Fußminuten. Am Strand schöne Restaurant. Einige typische Strandläden. Boutiken oder so, dass man dort lange schländern kann, gibt es wenige. 15 Autominuten entfernt ist Benidorm. Kurzer Weg. Dort riesiges Einkaufszentrum La Marina mit Carrefour, Decathlon, uvm. Benidorm hat auch an der Playa de Poiente auch einen tollen Sandstrand. Mit Mietwagen ist Benidorm echt ein Katzensprung. Daher würden wir diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen. Voll ausgestattet, toller Pool, alltägliches im. Nahbereich. Wir waren übrigens auch noch im Dinopark, war schön. Und das Dorf auf dem Berg ist auch schon zu gucken. Vielen Dank, wir waren gerne ihre Gäste.

Lovely property great host

Property met all our expectations and Bertha is a kind helpful host. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a lovely family break. Well equipped with great outside space, on the ground floor. We were able to eat outdoors for every meal. Great for our 2 grandchildren (3 and 6) you can see the pool from the garden but there are 2 gates that can easily be secured allowing the children to play in the sun but be very safe. Although the television does not have English channels this is easily remedied as the WiFi is fast enough to stream. If you take television connection wires for your phone/laptop/I pad you can access English television via the internet. There is parking in the underground garage, the indoor pool is lovely and warm and never crowded and the outdoor pool would be great in the warmer months. Easy walks to the beach, shops, supermarkets and parks. All in all a lovely property and resort making for a relaxing break.
