Fantastisch verblijf

Persoonlijk en zeer vriendelijk onthaal door de gastvrouw. Zeer mooi en volledig, met smaak ingericht appartement. Leuk terras. Uitstekende locatie met mooi uitzicht op zee in charmant en rustig deel Altea. Prachtig verblijf, voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Fantastisch verblijf

Wij zijn ruim twee maanden te gast geweest bij Anna en Henrique en dit is fantastisch bevallen. Dit is een plek waar alles bij elkaar komt voor een heerlijk verblijf. Perfecte gastvrouw en gastheer. De woning waar aan niets ontbreekt. De zee bijna letterlijk binnen handbereik. Restaurants, winkels op loopafstand zonder dat je het gevoel hebt in druk toeristische omgeving te verblijven en wat je wilt bekijken in de natuur/bergen of grotere steden binnen ( of minder) het uur rijden. Wij hebben genoten.

Just wonderful

Everything has Bern so nice. A modern apartment, very well equipped with all you need. Even the little extra. This was our third visit. A nice and quiet area. A couple of restaurants and bars in close walking distance as well as a new supermercado. And a very nice and supportive host in Señora Ana. Manu thanks for your helt on arrival day/late evening. Maravilloso lugar

La casa es estupenda con todo lo necesario. Todo está perfecto. Y el lugar es maravilloso: junto al mar, con una terraza preciosa, y en un sitio muy tranquilo. Muchas gracias a Ana por una estancia perfecta.

Super Ferienwohnung

Der Ort und die Lage ist traumhaft,und die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit alles was man braucht, sehr gemütlich und schön. Ana und Enrique sind tolle Vermieter. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal dahin gehen.

Hervorragende Ferien in Altea

Die Wohnung liegt an einer ruhigen Bucht direkt am Meer mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr hochstehend und verdient auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne. Man fühlt sich wohl und wie zu Hause, auch mit den schönen Blumen. Die Gastgeber haben wir als sehr herzlich und familiär empfunden. Abschliessend ist noch die ausgestattete Terrasse sowie die köstlichen Willkommensgeschenke zu erwähnen. Alles in allem haben wir einen tollen Urlaub bei angenehmen Temperaturen verbracht.

The perfect location for vacation

This is the perfect apartment for vacation. The apartment is new, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, quiet. It is located in a cove with beach access, literally one minute from the house. From the terrace we could enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. There are several restaurants in walking distance. We did enjoy the company of our hosts, who are very nice and pleasant and we’re there to help with any questions we had. Will definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and we’ll come back for the next vacations to Spain.

FANTASTISCH. !!

Samen (met een vriendin) hebben we genoten van een prachtige plek. Een geweldig huis, erg schoon, compleet ingericht op alle gebied. 3 terrassen. In de namiddag in de schaduw aan de voorzijde of in de zon op het terras achter. Spaans ingericht en super super schoon. Een geweldig uitzicht op de zee, het kleine haventje. GEWELDIG. Tussen de lokale bevolking. Geen hoge flats, een rustig straatje voor de wandelaars, de fietsers en de hondenliefhebbers. Een drankje en een hapje bij het haventje. Lekker wandelen en met een huurauto de bergen in. Auto is wel nodig als je iets meer wil zien dan het prachtige uitzicht. Wij hebben echt genoten. Jaarlijks zoeken wij een dergelijke plek maar deze plek staat echt op nr 1. De auto konden we veilig parkeren op de afgesloten parkeerplek voor ons huis. Het straatterras is bereikbaar via 6 treden zodat je toch privacy hebt maar ook bij het Spaanse leven betrokken blijft. Tijdens ons verblijf is het gebied toegevoegd bij het National park. Dat zegt genoeg. Gastvrije en gemoedelijke huisbaas die het elke huurder naar de zin maakt. Tot slot nog 1 advies: Huur dit huis als je niet tussen die (lelijke) torenflats wil wonen. Veel woongenot voor alle nieuwe huurders toegewenst. Jeanne en Marianne uit Nederland. Groetjes aan de Spaanse familie!!

Perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday by the seaside

The owners of the property gave us a very warm welcome; the Ribes family are the most charming and caring hosts. During our one-month stay in November, the apartment provided for all our needs and was delightfully furnished. Indeed it was very comfortable and quiet. We especially loved relaxing and having our meals in the full sun on the front patio. In addition we were impressed with the range of provisions in the closeby supermarket and the secure parking for our car. The apartment is very accessable to some great leisure activities. We enjoyed swimming and snorkling in the sea which was only a very short distance from the front door. We also loved to take wonderful walks along the sea-front as well as lazing in the several nearby cafes and dining in excellent local restaurants. Overall, our stay at Cap-negret will forever remain a fantastic memorable holiday.
