Warm and spacious, this townhome offers a contemporary open concept living area with plenty of seating for the entire family, including a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a Samsung 58 Inch Flat Screen Smart TV. You'll feel right at home as you relax in front of the wood burning fireplace (firewood provided). From the living room and kitchen you can view the gondola overhead and also amazing forest views.
The modern and brand new remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless appliances and a dining table with seating for up to 7 plus an additional 3 stools at the kitchen counter/bar. For those times you don't want to cook, you are just a few steps away from Mammoth's famous Austria Hof restaurant, and just blocks from The Village at Mammoth, and its numerous restaurants, shops and activities. Great property and location. Close to the Village and easy drive to town and surrounding activities. The kids loved staying in the loft with the spacious bunk beds.
We stayed at this Mammoth condo with two families, four adults and four kids, and it was absolutely perfect for our trip. The layout was ideal with plenty of space for everyone to relax, hang out, and still have privacy. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.The kitchen was especially great. All the dishes, cookware, and appliances were in excellent condition. The coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and stove all worked flawlessly, which made cooking and morning breakfasts super easy. We also really appreciated how clear and thorough the check-in and stay instructions were, making everything simple and stress-free.Overall, this condo made our trip wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families traveling to Mammoth.
We were 5 adults total and this property was the perfect size. Everything was newly renovated inside, which was really nice. We loved that we were a short walk to Canyon Lodge as well!
The condo is very comfortable, clean and cutely decorated! It was fully stocked with kitchen necessities and games / books for all ages.
The location is great - walking distance to Canyon Lodge and gondola ride to the village. We will definitely stay here again!

Thank you for your stay with us Brian! We're sorry to hear that you felt that heating didn't work well on the main level. Our guests that use the fireplace have found it to work really well on the main floor, especially when coupled with the floor heaters. This has been a really cold winter with tons of snow in Mammoth, and the wood fireplace is typically a welcome feature and the primary source of heat followed by strategically located electric heaters. the combination of the wood fireplace plus the wall heaters does get the rental nice and warm if used properly. Hopefully you'll consider us again for your stay."
Beautiful and newly remodeled condo. Kids loved the bunks in loft and adults loved king beds with en suite bathrooms down below. More than enough room for 5 people. Walking distance to Village and restaurants.
Highly recommend and will be back.
The Chamonix units have been around for quite a long time, so we were very happy to see that the interior was in tip-top shape. We would book this unit again in a heart-beat!

We go to mammoth all the time for summer and winter, and this place is just simply beautiful. Clearly it has been recently remodeled will all new kitchen and furniture. Super clean throughout and the rooms were really cozy. The kids had their own room upstairs with a full bunk bed that would work for adults. Great place, can't wait to come back this winter!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The interior is light, bright and well appointed. Two master bedrooms on the bottom floor and a queen bunk bed in the loft worked well for our family plus gramma.
Good location near the village with a convenient shuttle stop just outside the building. The exterior of the property is a little run down but the interior updates of this unit make up for it! Only negative was alot of stairs, the condo is 3 levels but that’s not uncommon in this area. We would stay here again!

The place is beautiful, they’ve done a nice job of decorating, all the appliances, furniture is nice a fairly new. It is a corner unit so views are gorgeous. Location is walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Parking in the front easy. We couldn’t be more happier with our stay. If there is one item it could be improved is that heat in the main living/dining/kitchen is slow so takes a while to heat up the place. It does eventually warm up to about 65-66 degrees which was perfect for us. There is a fireplace that can be used with real wood as well which we didn’t attempt. Will definitely stay here again.

Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with.

We have 18 full time staff members in our housekeeping, maintenance and guest services departments who we can call upon to resolve problems. We have staff available by phone or email, 7 days/week, 9am-6pm (Pacific) to ensure you book exactly the property you want and to address issues that may come up during your stay. We enjoyed staying at Chamonix 24 in March 2023. We were a group of two adults and four teenagers and we had plenty of space. The three bathrooms were a huge convenience. The Chamonix complex itself is old and a bit rundown, but this unit is very clean and newly renovated. We cooked our dinners and breakfasts there and found the kitchen to be well stocked. We needed more towels for the jacuzzi and the management was very responsive. We requested and were granted a late checkout at noon, which we appreciated. Canyon Lodge is about a block away, so it's easy to walk there but not exactly ski-in ski-out. This unit is on the farther end of Chamonix, away from the slopes. The only negative we encountered is that the parking is not covered. In most years this wouldn't really matter, but this year there has been so so so much snow. Our cars got covered in snow so we had to dig them out after we checked out (luckily we brought a shovel from home). Some random guys came to "help" dig out one car and ended up scratching and dinging up the front bumper which was unfortunate. Of course, none of this was the fault of the unit or the owners, so I would still recommend staying here. Just be sure to bring a shovel if it's going to snow.
We rented this property for night of lights weekend in Mammoth. Location was fantastic, it’s a short walk to canyon lodge so ideal for ski weekends. The property is very cute, nicely done and very clean. I would definitely rent here again!
