Welcome to Mammoth West! This newly renovated property has amazing, unobstructed, mountain views, giving a true Mammoth experience. Conveniently located near Canyon Lodge for quick access to the ski-slopes in the winter, bike path in the summer, and public transportation to access the whole town.
The home offers self-check-in, in-unit laundry, private BBQ, free parking, & HOA jacuzzi, sauna, & pool (seasonally).

About the Space:
This newly remodeled property is a large, 1500 sq. ft., 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2-story townhome, making for a great mountain vacation, especially for larger groups! The expansive, floor to ceiling windows offers a peaceful setting with beautiful natural light and warmth throughout the day. There is a spacious feel in the open floorplan living area – the living room has new carpet throughout and a newer sectional sofa w/ queen-sized pullout bed, smart TV and private deck, overlooking the magnificent views. The deck has an outdoor seating are and private BBQ. In the entryway/living area, there is a wood burning fireplace with lounge area.
Off the living area is the remodeled kitchen, with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and solid stone countertops. The kitchen comes fully stocked, perfect for cooking a delicious meal. The kitchen peninsula has breakfast bar seating for 3. The dining area offers an oversized window viewing the picturesque beauty with a dining table and seating for 7.
All the bedrooms have new carpeting, as of fall 2025. The primary bedroom is located on the main level, offering a king-sized bed and ample closet space. The primary bathroom is located on the main level, between the living area and primary bedroom. Bathroom 1 has a large separate vanity area and tub/shower. The other three bedrooms and shared bathroom are located downstairs on the second story. Bedroom 2 offers a king-sized bed with mountain views, TV, good-sized closet and desk, which can be used as a workspace. Bedroom 3 offers a king-sized bed, mountain views, TV, dresser and closet space. Bedroom 4 has two single beds with a closet and dresser. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower and is centrally located in the hallway between the bedrooms, along with the in-unit laundry.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, propane (for BBQ), firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.
Guest Access:
You will have the entire condo to yourselves.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Mammoth West. There is one jacuzzi, a sauna, pool (seasonal), and ping-pong in the rec. room.
There are 2 parking spaces permitted for this property – parking located in common parking area directly in front of the unit.
*While this property is walking distance to Canyon Lodge, it sits atop a steep hill - the walk/drive is steep and during winter months may be slippery. During winter months, 4WD and/or chains/snow tires may be necessary.

Please leave all shoes and gear in the entryway. Please leave all equipment in the ski locker, located outside in the entryway
