Apartment 5 "farsighted whale" - Sierksdorf
Covering the entire first floor, the loft apartment is located in the first row on the Sierksdorfer Baltic Sea beach. It is the figurehead of the newly built and newly furnished house "Flunder & Hering" in 2018. With 120 square meters of living space, the floor offers plenty of space for two people who appreciate an open and bright room layout, from which only the bathroom and toilet are separated. The bedroom is on an open gallery above the living area. From here - as well as from the 25sqm balcony - there is an unobstructed view of the Bay of Lübeck and of nearby beach resorts such as Timmendorfer Strand or Scharbeutz. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the next restaurant: In the Hof Sierksdorf, 100 meters away, holiday guests can dine during the day and in the evening. A short walk along the promenade (800 meters) leads to bakeries, cafes and shops in Haffkrug.

The loft apartment is equipped with an open sleeping area and an open kitchen. There is a comfortable box spring double bed (1.80 wide) on the gallery. The kitchenette convinced u. a. With a large fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and oven and leave nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. The large window front facing the sea with a balcony in front offers a wonderful panorama. The terrace area is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Washer and dryer are also available for shared, free use.

Design and style
The apartments completed last year impress with their new furnishings with clear lines in the Scandinavian style. The 120 m² apartment is divided for a spacious holiday stay for two and invites small families and couples to linger.

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Ausstattung ist besser als die Fotos erwarten lassen. Die Wohnung war sauber und für 2 Personen für einen Urlaub groß genug. Besonders war natürlich die Lage. Wir würden nochmal wiederkommen.

Baufällige Hütte in super Lage.

Das Objekt ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es war nicht sauber und es ist baulich schlecht verarbeitet. Zudem riecht es muffig. Die Lage ist top. Wodurch wir die zwei Nächte in der umgebauten „Doppelgarage“ gut verbringen konnten. Allgemein ist der Preis jedoch viel viel zu hoch für den schlechten Zustand.

Schöner Bungalow mit traumhaften Strandblick

Der Bungalow ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit einer modernen Küche und einem tollen Duschbad. Auch das 1,40m breite Bett ist super bequem. Verbesserungspotenzial besteht auf der Terrasse, die definitiv einen traumhaften Blick zur Ostsee bietet. Leider haben die Terrassenmöbel aus Metall ihre besten Zeiten schon hinter sich. Es gab auch keine Sitzkissen für die Stühle. Für unser Auto haben wir auf dem Gelände des nahe gelegenen Campingplatzes eine sichere Parkmöglichkeit gefunden. Fazit: alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft für 2 Personen.

die Lage direkt am Strand einfach spitze !

alles war bestens , nur das kleine Bett aber das wussten wir. Ansonsten hat alles gestimmt, auch das Wetter war sehr schön. Das Haus ist an Paare unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.
