Beachfront Luxury | Amazing Views

Welcome to our luxuory ocean front condo, where you can experience the perfect blend of breathtaking sunset views, the comforts of home, and immaculate cleanliness. Situated directly on the ocean's edge, this luxurious residence offers an unparalleled vantage point to witness the mesmerizing beauty of the setting sun as it paints the sky with vibrant hues.

We have a 70in Roku tv in the living room, as well as a 50 in smart tv in the master bedroom, where you will be able to log in to your favorite streaming services. New improved Complementary wifi, stainless steel appliances, blender, single serve / drip style coffee pots, fully stocked kitchen are all provided for your enjoyment. Don't feel like cooking- no problem- we have plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We are right next door to Pineapple Willy's and right across the street from my favorite- Juan Taco! Wal-Mart is also a short walk.

The resort does charge a $75 fee that I will prepay and have your wrist bands and parking pass left in the condo for you.
We also provide a wagon, back pack style beach chairs, and an umbrella for our guests!

We have a reserved parking spot on the 8th floor. You will have to check in at security then head to your reserved parking. I will send you a map with all the details.

We are available via Airbnb or text anytime. We also speak Spanish and Portuguese.

We do not have check in on Saturdays. Please message us if you have any questions.
We do have a door bell camera.
Minimum age of 25 required to book. (We require all singles in the group to be 25) message with questions.
No Parties Allowed
NO SMOKING in the condo, by the front door or on the balcony. If any smoke smell is in the condo, you will be required to pay a $500 cleaning fee.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement and a $200 security hold will be required through a secure link.

Why they chose this property

The view! We were looking at larger units with different views- but fell in love with this view. I thought the 15th floor would be to high, but turns out it is my favorite. We love sitting on the deck listening to the waves crashing and watching the amazing sunset.
