Mystic Surf is the “A” side of a nicely updated beach house duplex. It features 3 king size beds, 2 in private bedrooms. The 3rd in a separate bedroom with an additional twin and trundle! And is located around 8 minutes walking distance and 0.4 miles to the white sand gulf beaches of Panama City Beach.

Life is good! At Mystic Surf you'll have quick access to all the local area restaurants and attractions! Take in dinner at Schooners, Visit Pier Park, dolphin watch from the lagoon, or snorkel at St. Andrews State Park! Bring your favorite pup and your friends & family! Mystic Surf has a fully fenced paver patio for fido to lounge.

-All guests must be 25+ (children with parents welcome)
-Up to 2 dogs allowed, maximum of 50lbs each. A $185 (per dog) non-refundable fee applies to your doggie friends. Undisclosed dogs result in a $260 per dog non-refundable fee. We appreciate you crating your dog when they are not under your direct supervision. And that they use the dog blanket when on furniture. Please clean up after your pet uses the bathroom.

For your comfort there is a 8 person maximum allowed at the beach house. If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per person over that number.

No Smoking

3 Vehicle Max. Parking on the driveway (concrete and gravel areas) only. The lot to the south is private property and cannot be used for parking.

There is an exterior camera in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

We are a quiet property located in a family friendly neighborhood. No parties allowed. The police will be contacted and your reservation will be canceled without refund.

Our beach house is located near several bodies of water. You will probably see and hear tropical critters and insects; frogs, lizards, and bugs of all kinds. They are common for our location and are part of living in our beautiful area!

We cannot refund for weather, natural disasters, power outages, other things that are beyond our control. Please obtain trip insurance to protect your vacation.

We have stocked the house with many items including start-up supplies. However, if you have booked a longer stay, you will likely need to supplement with your own toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc. Please provide your own condiments, zip locks, and coffee as these items are not provided. There is a Dollar General within walking distance.

If you have reason to cancel your reservation please be advised that we adhere strictly to our VRBO cancelation policy. It is recommended that you purchase trip/travel insurance to protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances. Please note: this property is located in a hurricane zone. We do not refund for hurricanes unless there is an evacuation order. Get trip insurance to protect yourself.
