The unit comes fully furnished with a king bed in master bedroom with full bath, two queen beds in second bedroom with full bath, and a pull out couch downstairs with a half bath. Also a GOLF CART for use in the resort and you can bring your furry friends too as we're PET FRIENDLY TOO! As we're just a few minutes from the most beautiful sandy beach, you'll sure be glad you came!

My name is Jake and I am 33 years old living in Nashville, Tennessee. I bought my first rental in Nashville in 2017 and have loved hosting short term rentals since! I currently own two cabins in the Smokey Mountains, one rental in Nashville, and this beautiful beach condo! It is my utmost priority that my guests enjoy their stay to the fullest, and I spare no resource available to me to ensure that!
Why they chose this property
To own a beach property in Florida has been a desire of mine for years, but I wanted to find a property that would check many boxes that I felt would deliver the best possible rental experience. Once this beautiful beach abode came on market, I knew it was the right fit!
What makes this property unique
The unit has 7 pools in the resort, has plenty of bars and amazing restaurants nearby, and comes with a golf cart for resort use! Excellent location!
