Die Wohnung entspric...

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Perfekt für 4 Personen. Einziges kleines Manko ist die Raumspartreppe zu den Schlafzimmern und etwas enge Parkplätze wenn zwei große Autos neben einander stehen. Ansonsten top. Mit Hund fussläufig 3 min zum Hundefreilauf. Auch der Kontakt mit Sylt Apartments war sehr nett.

Der Check in hat funktioniert, die Küchenausstattung ist geschätzt 30 Jahre alt, funktioniert, es gibt einen Backofen, aber keine Backbleche. Der Rest der Wohnung ist auch so alt. Die Fenster zum Balkon waren bei Sturm und Regen undicht.

Die Wohnung ist, wie auch in der Anzeige beschrieben recht gemütlich gestaltet und bietet wirklich alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Man sollte allerdings beachten dass die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern nur eine Raumspartreppe ist. Ansonsten alles bestens, ebenfalls die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern.

Ruhige Lage des Objekts

Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand. Es ist alles in der Küche vorhanden, was man benötigt. Für vier Erwachsene ist die Wohnung allerdings nicht geeignet. Die Lage des Objektes ist super. Ruhig gelegen, man erreicht aber den Strand und das Zentrum in 15-20 min. Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe. Leider kann man die Schlafzimmer nicht verdunkeln, da keine Rollos oder Vorhänge vorhanden sind. Das ist Verbesserungswürdig.
