With this amazing location, you'll be just a stone's throw to the pool, the ocean, and the local shopping village! Take a short walk over to the Equestrian Center for horseback riding or to the Lake House fitness center and library. Even better, rent a bike to enjoy a short ride over to Bohicket Marina to check out the boats and some great local restaurants. You'll also get a free pass to Seabrook's beach club - where you'll have access to several community pools (including an oceanfront pool!) that you can dip into when you're taking a break from the ocean.

Another amazing amenity for your convenience is an elevator, to make unpacking and unloading a breeze for your group. Host a family game night, as you'll have access to a game room boasting a ping pong table, bikes, and board games! The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.
