Church convention

The property was absolutely lovely, loved everything about it. It was spacious, clean. Check in easy. Neighborhood quiet. Had a few issues that were quickly addressed and corrected. The only thing would have been helpful was more blankets as the air conditioning was a little cold. Our group was older and it was hard getting everyone on same temperature gauge. Two car garage was great though I never did get the remote opener which was my fault.

Hi Sandra, Thank you for your 5-star review; we greatly appreciate it. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you had with the AC. I'd like to clarify a few things to ensure better service in the future: 1. We have plenty of additional blankets available in the housekeeping closet. Unfortunately, no one mentioned or requested them during your stay. 2. Our AC system allows for temperature adjustments separately on the first and second floors. If we had known about the issue, we would have been happy to provide instructions on how to adjust it. 3. Regarding parking, we have a three-car garage, not two. 4. In our welcome email, we requested an email address to send you the access link for remote entry, but we did not receive a response. 5. We also attempted to follow up 24 hours after check-in to ensure everything was satisfactory, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. The only message we received from your group was regarding the check-out time. We strive to make every guest's stay as comfortable as possible and would have gladly assisted with these concerns had we been aware. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us.
