The neighborhood is undergoing amazing gentrification, infused with vibrant culture, and secure for the whole family.

The house is a few blocks away from Alamodome, and a short drive to all nearby attractions!
You can also Uber/Lyft to downtown, Alamo, Riverwalk, etc for around $5-10. That is cheaper than driving and parking!!

You will have access to the whole home! This includes three bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining area, living room, washer and dryer, and a large backyard. There are games for you and the whole family to play in the house and even in the backyard! Our home is great for all ages and will be fun to come home to after a long day out exploring the wonderful San Antonio!

We take special attention at cleaning and uphold the highest cleaning protocols for our guests safety!

You will have access to a 70 inch smart TV. Log into your favorite streaming service and enjoy! You will have access to high speed WiFi for streaming, gaming, or catching up on last minute work (hopefully you won't need to!)

Since you’ll be staying downtown, you’ve very close to everything San Antonio has to offer:
Sea World (28min), Six Flag (25 min), The Quarry (8 min), Zoo (7 min), Botanical Gardens (7 min), AT&T Center (7 min), and of course all of the famous downtown activities: the Market, Alamo, River Walk, trolley tours, and more!

There are cameras outside of the property for guest safety. There are no cameras inside. We respect your privacy.

SO much history in this Quaint, up and coming neighborhood. Some homes here are over 100yrs old and being gentrified, they have wonderful stories to tell! It is a safe neighborhood for families and children.

Its close to everything you can imagine!

There is plenty of free street parking in front of Mera Casa. Guests can also use the private gated driveway attached to the property. Caution: gate opens out and driveway is best for compact or mid size cars due to narrow entrance.

Mera Case will be all yours for your stay!! 2 Night Minimum for best experience. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining, laundry and living rooms. Laundry room has washer and dryer. Back yard with fence, games, and fireplace!

LONG-TERM STAYS: Please note that for any stays longer than 14 days there are additional cleaning fees. These cleaning fees are non-refundable.

Please also be aware that in the south of Texas there can be bugs and sometimes those bugs get in the house. We do spray for bugs, but be aware we do not refund for bugs in the house. This is a natural part of living in south Texas.

TAXES: Please note, all bookings in Texas are subject to a 6 percent lodging tax. Additionally, the city of San Antonio's Hotel Occupancy Tax rate is 9 percent. The City also collects 1.75 percent for Bexar County. This is automatically included in your booking price.
