This cozy duplex home is perfectly located for your group. It's just a block to town or the beach and boasts a fenced yard, and lovely living space with lots of natural light. As you walk in you will notice the high windows that leave the area feeling light and airy. The open-concept design of the space allows guests to mingle through the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Relax in the living area and watch the cable TV, read a good book, or play any of the many board games the house has to offer. Prepare meals together in the well-appointed kitchen. Rest easy in the comfortable bedrooms and get ready for another day of fun.

This adorable cottage is so perfectly located that you can park your car for your entire vacation. It's close to the beach, grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, and great boutiques.

Please note that all sleeping spaces are located upstairs.
The two twin beds can be pushed together to make a king.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A lovely home away from home.

We loved almost everything about this home from the stain glass windows to the general building design. It was also much closer to the beach than originally anticipated and very easy to access. We wished that we had booked for longer. Another time!

Kind of Disappointing

We used this house as an overflow space for a large group so didn’t have to spend a lot of time there, but it would have been disappointing if it had been our main house. The living area is small and really only has room for a couple people to sit and read/watch TV. The bedrooms aren’t conducive for sleeping in, one has a skylight and the other is a loft open to the living space. Plus you can hear the folks in the other side of the duplex. There was garbage strewn about the driveway from the previous tenant and it took Vacasa a couple days to clean up. On a positive note - it was relatively inexpensive for Manzanita. Overall, we had a much better experience renting from a local company for our other house (plus they have a later standard check out which is nice!)
