The fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room are supplemented by a south-facing outdoor deck with a barbecue, giving you lots of dining options—plus all the great restaurants of Manzanita are a pleasant walk away! A queen bedroom in the upstairs loft has its own half-bath; two other bedrooms grace the main level. All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive.

Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

Great location - and very close to beach. A quick walk and a kitchen fully stocked with what you need for a pleasant stay.

Great location!

We loved this cozy spot and the location couldn’t have been better! Our only complaint was that the dining room light flickered the whole time and we didn’t anticipate no door for the upstairs bedroom.

Great location and nice home

Very nice and comfy place. Lots of towels and the kitchen had plenty of tools. Great location. The park is right across the street and the beach and town are an easy walk with kids. I would never book this place again though because I got bitten by a spider or some bug the first night while sleeping in the back bedroom. It caused my eye, face, hands and ankles to swell and extreme discomfort. I had to go to urgent care for prescriptions. My husband also got a nasty bite. I told Meredith lodging but so far have not heard anything about it.

Wonderful place by the sea

Just a great place for a family or just a couple to stay. Close to town with an easy walk and just down the street to the beach. Tons of movies, books, games in case you forgot yours or want something new.

Great location but needs some updating

This is such a great location to the beach and town. You could park your car and walk everywhere you want to go. If you have kids, there is a park/playground right across the street. The interior of the house is clean, but the furnishings need to be replaced. The living room furniture is uncomfortable, a few kitchen cabinet doors are barely hanging on, and the bedding looks like something you would pick up from Goodwill. Paper products left in the house are probably the cheapest you can buy. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities you would need. Great location.
