Welcome to Downtown Bar Harbor. You are located in the same building as Bar Harbor's premier Spa. Enjoy private parking, all while being within walking distance to restaurants, shops and Acadia National Park. Your room comes complete with self check in, Keurig, microwave, refrigerator, private bath, queen size bed and A/C. Nicole's is a clean, well appointed private space - the only residential suite in a lovely spa. The parking is a big plus - easy and safe, and we were able to take advantage of the Islander Acadia Park free shuttle by walking less than ten minutes to the Village Green to catch the shuttle. We really appreciated the quiet ambiance of the building and location and Nicole was an excellent communicator, checking in to see if we had everything we needed. Looking forward to booking another visit!

Nicole was the perfect host. She gave me a personal tour of the property when I arrived. On property is a beautiful spa which includes a fire and ice feature which provides a sauna and cold plunge for an additional fee. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Nicole thought of everything a guest would need or want. Location, location, location! Everything was a short walk away. We parked the car at the property and never used it again until it was time to leave. I would highly recommend Nicole’s adorable property.

Fantastic location, super comfy and clean room, gracious host, and massages to boot! We had a fantastic, albeit too short, a stay here before meeting with a larger group tour later in the week. We did not have e or need a vehicle, (though there is parking available with this unit). We weee able to walk or use the Island Shuttle from Nikki’s place, and took advantage of spa service right outside our door the day after biking and hiking Acadia. Thank you for a great stay and thoughtful communication -we hope to stay here again when visiting Bar Harbor!

10/10 would recommend.Nicole was an excellent host. She was very prompt to respond to any questions, dinner recommemdations, or anything we needed.The location was incredible. It was just a few blocks to the downtown area and waterfront.I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great place for a getaway!

This was a wonderful place to stay while we explored Bar Harbor and Acadia! It’s great that we were within walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor and close to Acadia. The room was clean and comfortable and Nikki was incredibly welcoming.
