The impressively sunny apartment comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and towels. A flat-screen cable TV and seating area are also included.
WiFi is accessible without cost.

The terrace with sun awning, table and chairs provide a perfect opportunity to enjoy an afternoon in the sun. In addition, there is a balcony at the back of the apartment with views of the Texel Group and Castle Tyrol.

To park our own transport our garage is available free of charge. With the elevator you can comfortably reach the apartment on the top floor.

Merano is located in a quiet, beautiful area near the mountains. The Tyrolean mountains are very popular with travelers, especially those wandering among them, because of their breathtaking atmosphere. These can be reached by a short drive or public transport with good connections.

Supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. On Fridays they can enjoy the famous weekly market, which is right on the doorstep.
It is just a 10-minute walk across cobbled streets from the town center with many cafes and restaurants, and 5 minutes from Merano Train Station.

It was a great stay. You can walk easily to the center but still it is pretty quiet for that location. The apartment has all that you need. It was also ok with 4 people (2 kids).

Alles bestens

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Fewo genossen, sauber, super ausgestattet, liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral, man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen, auch der Busbahnhof ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt und das Auto steht sicher in der Tiefgarage. Wetter kann man leider nicht mitbuchen, da hatten wir wirklich Pech eine Woche Regen, daher werden wir bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen.Der nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter gibt auch Tips für Unternehmungen. Hier kann man seinen Urlaub richtig genießen!

Besser geht's nicht

Wir haben 18 sehr schöne Tage in der FeWo Trojer verbringen dürfen. Schon die Lage der Wohnung ist kaum zu toppen: Sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig in einem liebenswerten Meraner Viertel. Alles ist ganz schnell fußläufig erreichbar: Der Bahnhof, die Passer Promenade, die Altstadt mit ihren vielen Möglichkeiten, ein guter Bäcker über die Strasse sowie ein Bio Supermarkt. Das Auto haben wir nicht einmal genutzt, ab dem Bahnhof gibt es sehr gute Busverbindungen zu unterschiedlichen Orten/Wanderungen. Die tadellos saubere Wohnung selbst ist ausgesprochen schön mit geschmackvollen Holzmöbeln und -böden ausgestattet. An den Wänden hängen Photos von Meran, die die Atmosphäre dieser besonderen Stadt gut widergeben. Wenn man einmal selbst kochen möchte, bietet die Küche alles, was man braucht. Sogar ein Einsatz zum richtigen Dampfen von Knödeln war vorhanden. Auch haben wir es als positiv empfunden, ausreichend freien Raum für unsere Sachen zu haben. Die beiden Balkone sind großartig: Der hintere mit Blick in die Berge und auf Dorf Tirol (Nordseite), der vordere (Südseite) im Grün von alten Bäumen. Wir hatten immer die Wahl. Den Vermieter Herrn Trojer haben wir als freundlich, interessiert, aufmerksam den Wünschen seiner Gäste gegenüber und großzügig erlebt. Wir hatten stets den Eindruck, ihm ist wirklich wichtig, daß seine Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Und das gab uns das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Danke dafür! In einem Satz: Wir kommen wieder! Was für eine Bewertung - wir sind auf den verschiedenen Portalen schon Einiges gewohnt ... aber so was Tolles - vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!!! Urlaub von Anfang an

Unser Vermieter hat sich bereits während der Anreise mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt. Er hat uns kurz nach unserer Ankunft begrüßt und uns die Wohnung ausführlich vorgestellt. Das hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist schöner als man es auf den Bildern sieht. Top ausgestattet. Vor allem liegt sie lediglich ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Das war eine rundum tolle Woche.

modern - praktisch - liebenswert

Diese Ferienwohnung ist einfach perfekt. Super Lage (zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig), modern und praktisch eingerichtet, perfekte Parkmöglichkeit für Auto und Fahrrad in der Tiefgarage und letztendlich ein sehr liebenswerter und hilfreicher Vermieter ;-) Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Schöne Wohnung mit Super-Ausflugslage.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, Top Lage in Meran, nur ein paar Minuten von Zentrum und Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Kommunikation mit Vermieter = Top ! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger gleich um die Ecke. Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in Meran und Umgebung verbracht. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Objekt.
