While the chef in your group sizzles recipes on the gas grill, stretch out in one of the poolside loungers with book or watch favorite TV shows from the comfort of the outdoor sectional. A four-person table and a four-person bar provide ideal perches for afternoon cocktails. When you're ready to venture from home, venture out to nearby beaches as well as neighborhood restaurants and shops.

An open-style layout awaits inside this vacation retreat. Kick back in either of the two living areas, both outfitted with ample seating and a smart TV. In the modern kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare family-style meals. Nibble on appetizers at the five-person kitchen bar, then dine at the adjacent table that seats six. An additional table seating four offers more room to share meals.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
