We stayed 6 nights at this property with 4 adults and 1 toddler and had a wonderful time. The property itself is in good condition and arranged with the primary bedroom at one end and the guest rooms at the other end. The outdoor area was screened so the pool and spa tub made this trip fun and perfect for family hang out time. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. We had one small issue and Steve the property manager was there in 15 minutes to take care of it. We would highly recommend it and had a great time in Cape Coral.

A beautiful house with an amazing view. The house came equipped with everything we needed and more from beach chairs and fishing poles to kitchen utensils and other amenities. You will be located within 30 minutes of Ft Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island and 90 minutes of the Everglades. The house was accurately depicted in pictures and description. We were able to see a variety of marine life while enjoying the view from the pool. This house was an EXCELLENT value for the money. Our family of 5 would not hesitate to book here again.
