This 5 beds room house is located only minutes from the two major highways (360 and 20). You will love the easy access to everything at this location - just a few minutes drive from overflowing restaurants, within 10 minutes drive to all major attractions that DFW has to offer such as AT&T Stadium- home of Dallas Cowboy, Six flags Hurricane Harbor, Park Mall, Hawaiian fall, Epic indoor Water Park, Lynn Creek Park at Joe Pool Lake, and more. It takes just about 21 minutes to DFW Airport, 24 minutes to Dallas zoo, and 25 minutes to Dallas Reunion Tower.

Great House that Could be a Bit Better.

We loved the house. The downstairs bedroom needs a coat rack since there is no closet. Access to broom and dustpan would be nice as well as a mop. It rained while we were there and there was no way to enter the house on the lovely marble floors without creating a bit of a mess. Great response from the manager to one issue with garbage disposal!! We would definitely stay there again.

Grand Prairie - Cowboy's Game & Thanksgiving

There were problems with the master suite tub and shower. The hot water did not work. Spoke with Angie and she arranged for plumber to stop by, and he discovered that the hot water had to be allowed to run in the dual sinks for a time (approximately 5-10 minutes) in order run hot water in tub and shower. Second issue with kitchen sink drain and garbage disposal. The garbage disposal powered on but made a whining sound but would not churn anything in it. This caused the sink to back up and I had to manually plunge it with a dish cloth as there was no plunger in the house. However, because it was Thanksgiving, the plumber was unable to return to resolve these issues before we left. Angie did reimburse the cost of a meal for the troubles we experienced. Should the occasion arise, I would rent here again.

Everything was good with the exception of the air, just wish we could control the air and set it on the temperature we wanted too, house was hot on several times throughout the stay.
