About this property

FH DĂŒnenwind, top equipment, central location, 120 sqm, 3 bathrooms, dogs allowed.

The wonderfully quiet duplex dune wind, which is only about 200m from the museum harbor or from the city center of Carolinensiel, invites you to a relaxing holiday even without a car, as everything can be reached on foot. Our house has been freshly renovated and refurbished with great attention to detail. The house is equipped for up to 8 people plus a travel cot. Pets are welcome.

NOW NEW: With Stand Up Paddling Board at your free disposal.

On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, high chair, etc. You will also find a guest toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. Another bathroom is next to the kitchen, with a walk-in shower and a low sink (suitable for the disabled). All doors on the ground floor are wheelchair accessible. A storage room with ironing board, iron, clothes dryer and vacuum cleaner is also available. A large cozy living and dining room invite you to linger. It is equipped with a large dining area (8 seats), 2x sofa beds, flat screen TV, Bluetooth soundbar and free, fast WiFi.

From there you also get to the beautiful, sunny terrace with attractive garden furniture / beach chair, 2x. lockable garden sheds, large carport (with lockable gate) and fenced (by hedges) garden.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms for 2 people each. A bathroom with shower / bathtub, toilet, sink and hairdryer is also available. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and closet, the third with 2 single beds and a closet.

The house is a non-smoking house and pets are allowed a maximum of 2 on request.
You have 2 parking spaces in front of the house and a driveway suitable for the disabled. You can safely park bicycles in the lockable garden sheds.

Note: Bed linen / towels can be booked on arrival for a small fee with our house service. Tourist tax is payable on site.

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal bei Fam. Hoffmann zu Gast und es war beruhigend zu sehen, dass alles noch genau so gut wie letztes Jahr war. Vom Service mit den Kurkarten bis hin zu der schnellen Kommunikation mit dem EigentĂŒmer. Die Unterkunft ist fĂŒr eine große Familie ausgelegt dank drei Badezimmern und drei Schlafzimmern. Perfekt fĂŒr uns 5 Erwachsene zwie kl. Kinder. Wir hatten nie das GefĂŒhl, das irgendwas fehlen wĂŒrde. Vielen Dank!

Es war ein ganz wundervoller Urlaub und das trotz Wind und Regen. Dieses tolle Haus ist geschaffen fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub. Es fehlt wirklich nix und Platz ist wirklich genug da. 3 Badezimmer, eines behindertengerecht, hat unserer 87jĂ€hrigen Oma prima geholfen. Jeder findet sein Eckchen. Auch der Hund. Der Garten ist eingezĂ€unt und der Sonnenschirm hĂ€lt auch mal eine Windboe aus. Das Schöne ist auch, dass man ĂŒberall zu Fuß hinkommt. Restaurants und GeschĂ€fte alles schnell erreichbar. Hier stimmt einfach alles.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Parkplatzsituation mit 2 großen Autos ist etwas tricki, aber wir haben es gemeistert. Das Haus bietet 3 BĂ€der was fĂŒr 3 Paare sehr angenehm ist. Und der Garten mit einem Unterstellplatz fĂŒr unsere FahrrĂ€der war sehr gut. Alles in allem wĂŒrden wir es weiterempfehlen.

Familienausflug

Auf der Suche nach einer Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit mehreren Badezimmern fĂŒr 3 Paare sind wir hier fĂŒndig geworden und können die Ferienwohnung von allen 6 GĂ€sten nur weiterempfehlen. Es passte einfach Alles. Von der GerĂ€umigkeit, der gemĂŒtlichen und praktischen Einrichtung bis zur Lage. Die Einrichtung ließ keine WĂŒnsche offen, es war Alles in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Der Check-In sowie -Out lief völlig problemlos. Bei bestem FrĂŒhlingswetter war der Aufenthalt leider zur kurz, ist aber fĂŒr eine Wiederholung gemerkt.

Absolute Empfehlung

Die schöne DoppelhaushĂ€lfte liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse nur wenige Schritte vom Museumshafen und verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants entfernt. Die RĂ€ume sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und waren sehr sauber. Drei BĂ€der sind vorhanden, was besonders gĂŒnstig ist, wenn man mit Freunden anreist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen

Wieder einmal herrlich

Wir waren schon letztes Jahr in der tollen Ferienwohnung von Familie Hoffmann. Daher wussten wir, was wir bekommen und waren wieder rundum zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr gut geschnitten und die Lage und die drei Badezimmer und drei Schlafzimmer machen vieles einfach. Hoffentlich bis nÀchstes Jahr!

Urlaub im Ferienhaus par excellence

Man kann nur schwĂ€rmen von diesem Ferienhaus. Es liegt etwas abseits (sehr ruhig) und doch zentral (keine 200m vom Zentrum) in einer Seitenstrasse. 2 ParklplĂ€tze vorhanden, umzĂ€untes GrundstĂŒck (gut fĂŒr den Hund), und alles was ein Haushalt benötigt. Carolinensiel ist immer eine Reise wert, besonders bei blauem Sonnenschein und null Regen. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen und Carolinensiel/Harlesiel sowieso.

Absolut toll!

Unser Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus in Carolinensiel lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Wir waren zu 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden dort. Das Haus ist sehr modern und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet und man kann fußlĂ€ufig alles erreichen. Ob Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Edeka, BĂ€cker etc oder den Hafen mit seinen tollen urigen Kneipen oder Restaurants. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Super Haus leider in den Wintermonaten sehr kalt

Das Haus lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen geschmackvoll eingerichtet ausreichend Platz mit liebe zum Detail. Wir waren fĂŒr einen Kurzurlaub Anfang MĂ€rz dort. Die Temperaturen waren leider sehr kalt und so auch das Haus als wir angekommen sind und leider auch in den kommenden Tagen dauerte es bis sich das Haus erwĂ€rmt hat. Da war es dann schon Zeit fĂŒr uns zur Abreise. Kleiner Tip vielleicht das Haus schonmal Vorheizen wenn GĂ€ste sich ankĂŒndigen. Ansonsten kann man die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
