Designed by an owner artist this truly unique property is located in central Istria in a tiny village Foli. Originally built in the 17th century it has been completely renovated preserving the original charm while ensuring prime comfort and interior to be admired. Displaying gorgeous, high-quality wood flooring, whitewashed stone walls, replicated wood beamed roof and ceilings, antique furnishings yet contemporary facilities it’s no wonder in 2018 Villa L’Esprit was voted one of the most beautiful holiday properties in all of Croatia. Starting at the top, the 2ndfloor offers one ensuite bedroom. Then 3 bedrooms are distributed over the 1stfloor, one of which is ensuite, while the other two share a full bathroom. Finally the fifth bedroom, which is a part of a studio, is located on the ground floor. Also to be found here is a charming, very spacious and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining area with a fireplace and a living room. From here, access the deck yielding a pool, barbecue facilities, and a shaded dining table. Tall stone walls surround the property ensuring complete privacy.
In five bedrooms ten adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
