The house Pferdewiese is located directly behind our barn and right next to the riding arena.
The spacious, bright apartment is located in the 1st. Floor and from the balcony you can see to the Fehmarnsund bridge.
The bright, sunny apartment has a harmoniously furnished living-dining room and an open kitchen with modern comforts such as ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one of which is in the cozy loft, and a modern shower room with underfloor heating. From the furnished balcony you have a magnificent view over the horse pastures and the riding arena.
In the apartment there are two bedrooms:
One bedroom with 1 double bed another bedroom with 2 single beds in the cozy loft.
The shower room with toilet has towel radiators and underfloor heating.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils you need.
The light-flooded living-dining room features a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a radio and a CD player.
Enjoy the sun on the furnished balcony.
Your car parking space is located directly at the house.
