The vacation rental "Squirrel V" with 2.5 rooms and balcony is a modern solution for your stay in Basel.



The rental on 52m2 offers a unique living comfort in excellent surroundings. In the bedroom, you will find two double beds. The living room is equipped with two pull-out sofas and a sitting area with dining table and chairs. The modern kitchen adjacent to the living room offers you all the facilities you need to prepare a delicious meal. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pans, hotplates, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and other useful kitchen utensils. There is also a private bathroom and a comfortable balcony.



The following services are included in the price: Wi-Fi Internet, TV with international channels, final cleaning (stays up to 30 days), bed linen, towels and bath towels and all additional costs. On the ground floor, there are washing machines and dryers available free of charge.



The vacation rental is located in Bâleo Erlenmatt, a modern building built to the latest standards. In Bâleo Erlenmatt you will find many shops and leisure activities. There is, for example, a Coop supermarket, a nursery, a fitness center and various gastronomic offers. The building is completely barrier-free and of course having lifts.

The Bâleo Erlenmatt is located in the dynamically developing Erlenmatt district. The district combines urbanity with nature in a unique way. The large Erlenmattpark is located in the heart of the district and the Lange Erlen recreation area is only a stone's throw from the vacation rental. In 2017 the Erlenmatt district received certification as a 2000-watt site. The district was designed according to the principles of sustainable district development.

The building is situated in an excellent location. The Badischer Bahnhof railway station is only 500m away and the EuroAirport can be reached within 10 minutes. The Basel, Erlenmatt bus stop is also in the immediate vicinity. From here, you can easily reach the Basel SBB railway station, the old town and the banks of the Rhine by bus.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
