The semi-detached house offers on three floors a high standard of equipment.
The house is designed for use by 4 adults (+ 1 child up to 2 years). This ensures that the users can be offered a generous amount of space.
One of our goals is to provide a high standard of sitting and sleeping comfort and wellness-related relaxation.
One of the bathrooms has a jacuzzi.
In the attic there is a sauna for 4 persons and loungers.
In the living room you get by Knofpdruck warmth and coziness through a gas fireplace.
The level of equipment of the open kitchen is high. The same is designed generously, so that even preparation and presentation of the food could represent a holiday highlight. The semi-detached house is located near the Rassower stream in the "Seepark-Residenz-Rügen".
The austere beauty of the surrounding flat landscape of western Rügen is dominated by the wide bodies of mostly cultivated green areas, resistant trees and tall trees.
The weather here is rougher, the wind stronger than inland.
The sun, on the other hand, already warms at relatively low temperatures. Water, sky and stars present to the viewer in the evening rare natural spectacles.
The Rassower stream is very popular with anglers, especially in the months of March to June. (Herring, garfish).
From late June to early September, the Störtebecker Festival takes place on the shores of the large Jasmunder Bodden in Ralswiek (24 km by car).
Karls Erlebnishof in Zirkow is located 33 km away, the natural beaches of the peninsula Wittow Breege-Juliusruh, Dranske or Putgarten in 15, 20 and 25 km away.
