A wonderful two bedroom cottage nicknamed The Palace ,and it truly is one!
on a private estate with private access to the Chilmark Pond barrier beach facing the Atlantic. newly renovated, updated, modernized and reimagined. Air conditioning and two comfortable bedrooms, one with a Queen, the other with two single beds. and a large living room kitchen between. A large rear deck overlooking an expansive lawn, and all amenities, including a canoe and paddles, and an outdoor shower comfortable deck furniture. Very private yet only moments to either Chilmark center or West Tisbury center. A perfect retreat. Nicely done!

Great place near Chilmark Pond

Newly renovated small cottage— 2 bedrooms and one bathroom (outdoor shower too). Canoe and kayaks provided. Quiet location with extensive grounds. Convenient to both Alley’s and Chilmark Store. Great deck with furniture, table, and large gas grill. Nicely decorated with everything you need. Highly recommended.
