Haus für Großfamilie

Saubere Unterkunft mit sehr guter Ausstattung (vor allem Küche). Lage in direkter Nähe zum Rhein. Altstadt zu Fuß oder mit Bussen erreichbar. Viele tolle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe.

Clean ,comfortable and nicely situated

The house was perfect for our extended family group and a friend.Some of us were going to Euro 2024 matches for which Koblenz was a handy enough location. Kitchen well equipped and a TV and Dvd player in sittingroom. An additional outside sitting out area with a sun/rain shelter which we didnt expect along with a communal washing facility with a separate spin dryer. The washing machine in the house was defective. There were a couple of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a bus stop and bakery a similar distance away. Netto supermarket and Lutzel Station about 20 mins walk or 5 minute bus ride. Half an hour walk into the City centre. Minor glitch on arrival as no bed linen but we coped until next morning when supplies arrived ! Couple of barking/yappy dogs nearby and my nephew got bit on the ankle even though the horrible hund was on a lead with the neighbour lady on the other end . Overall a great find , good value and we'd recommend the house to anyone.

Away from all the city noise

Place was large enough for all 4 of us to have our own space. Access to the river. Quiet neighborhood. Great bakery just 2 blocks away. About a 40 min walk to old town. Would have been shorter if ferry had been working but it was iut of service during our visit. Would visualize again.
