Our newly renovated, spacious apartment (80 m²) is decorated in a New York style and, with its 3 rooms, can accommodate several people. <br>The city centre is a 20-minute walk away. Amenities such as a parking space, lockable bike racks, a special rate at the gym, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen round out your stay.<br><br>One bedroom features a 1.80 m bed and an armchair that folds out to serve as an additional sleeping space.<br>The other bedroom has a 1.60 m bed and a chaise lounge, which can also be used as an additional sleeping space. <br><br>The living room also features a cosy couch that can be unfolded (-> potential sleeping space for 2 additional people). <br>The living room is also a great place to simply enjoy spending time together. Board games and cards for a game night are also provided. <br><br>A fully equipped kitchen (with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle) allows you to prepare full meals. You can buy groceries at Aldi or Rewe, which are right next to the building. <br><br>A few days before your arrival, you’ll receive a link.
