Have family coming to town and don't have enough room in a hotel. Check out this amazing farm home. Coming for work and a hotel is just not comfortable? Looking for a place to stay while you're hunting and fishing in the immediate area? Looking for a romantic get-away? Just want to enjoy nature?

The 9 Dream Acres will make you feel like you are completely secluded from the hustle and bustle of the real world. There are several outdoor areas.

10 Minutes to OHV and ATV Riding at Waurika Bridge. 4 Minutes to local guided hunting.

A short distance to shopping, restaurants and Shepphard Air Force Base.

This is a farm for rent, retreat or event center.

We have 3 bedrooms , 3 living areas, full size kitchen (fully equipped for cooking) and 2 baths. Two bedrooms have king beds and the third has a Queen. The Queen room has its own bath and connected "sun room". The isolated queen bedroom and sunroom have their own cooling/heating system as well as a private entrance. There are 3 completely separate "living areas". There is a queen size pull out couch to accommodate two people. Two of the bedrooms have TV and the media room has a large tv. There are two oversized couches for extra sleeping if needed. There are 9 acres for you to stroll and enjoy. Imagine the retreats you can have, weddings, painting retreat, sewing retreat, you think of it and we will help you create it.

As for shopping and dining nearby you have Wichita Falls just 15 minutes down the road. Shopping, dining, breweries, wineries, theatre. You name it, is is close by. There are lakes for fishing, hunting and boating.

A two hour drive to Dallas Texas. You will enjoy the peace and seclusion of this lovely farmhouse that is very close to everything you need.

A short distance to Sheppard Air Force Base if you are traveling to meet with family.

Stay at Dream Acres and attend one of the many events at the MPEC - Kay Yeager Stadium.

We had a wonderful stay! This home is very spacious and homey feeling. The beds are comfortable. It was clean and even decorated for fall. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the spacious kitchen and enjoyed spending time with family. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. We truly felt at home during our stay. Highly recommend this home and would definitely book again!

What a cute little country place. It was an amazing stay the home has everything you could ever need from the backyard barbecue to the front porch sitting with the rocking chairs. It was amazing. Will definitely be coming back here if our son is at Shepherd Air Force Base ever again guaranteed.

The property was clean and listing was accurate except for the check out time. The description has one time, posts around the home say another, and instuctions claim another time. Not a huge issue, but worth noting. The home was completely furnished and toiletries were abundant! Loved our stay, and would enjoy another stay at your.place!
