I enjoyed my stay here! The place was very clean and bright. Great location. Easy check in. The whole place had a very nice vibe. Parking was a little challenging. I’d definitely stay here again!
My family and I stayed at this property last month! Property in safe diversify location close to public transportation (and downtown)! Cooking and cleaning supplies provided. The only drawback is finding parking at night (street parking)! Overall, I would stay again!
As a whole, the apartment was great. Very spacious with all the amenities. Perfect location to the North Shore burbs where I needed to eventually go. There were only two things that stood out to me that the owners should fix immediately: the first is the locking mechanism on the front door of the apartment. The plate into which the bolt goes in the door frame only has one screw and isn't secure. The second is that the fan cover in the bathroom needs to be cleaned ASAP!
Even though it was for a sad occasion, being together in one space was very helpful, the stairs was the only issue , overall wonderful stay , your home was warm and welcoming, great space for large family .
I rented this house for a family weekend getaway. The listing indicated that there was only one bathroom, but there were two. This apartment has a ton of space. It was much larger then I expected. Parking was a bit of a challenge but the house was perfect for us. One of the aunts is even planning on renting this house for a trip they will taking to Chicago this summer.

Chicago Condo
Property is large enough for a family to stay comfortably, only one bathroom. Owner was very responsive to fixing the dryer when it was not working and bringing missing items. Parking is not convenient at all. We had to park several blocks away.
Nice, spacious flat…a different aflat than advertised, though.
Very nice kitchen and dining room and functioning air conditioners. Street parking difficult if you’re trying to park late at night, but otherwise pretty easy to find a place. Just surprised not to be in the flat advertised in pictures. Could use some warmer lighting. The extra toilet and sink helpful for a party of five.
We had a great time staying in this comfortable, spacious apartment! We were four adults and four young children and found the apartment and neighborhood to be very family friendly. We were especially glad to find a second bathroom had been added to the apartment which was much appreciated with our two families staying there together. The apartment had laundry detergent for us, trash bags, and other essentials, which we appreciated. There are several nice grocery stores and playgrounds within walking distance. We ate delicious Indian food, deep dish pizza, and took the bus to some breweries and to the Loyola beach. It was a great trip!
The apartment was nice and clean, although definitely lacking in adequate supply of glasses/kitchenware for a party of 5. The windows were covered with plastic for some reason, which made them difficult to open. The location was not near any train line so was a bit inconvenient - we did not realize how far west of the red line the location was, which was an error on our part when researching the spot. And it's located off a busy street (Devon) that is traffic-y and noisy in the evenings/at night. Otherwise, the place was comfortable and the price was nice.

Weekend stay
I mean it was fine and all but how can this sleep eight with only one bathroom ? It makes getting ready for the day hard. No extra mirrors which was a downfall too. It was fairly clean nothing really concerning. Overall smaller than what I expected. Would not recommend for a large group. Hard to find parking around too. Still enjoyed it with the people I was with. Price could of been cheaper.
The location near Little India is delightful, although the parking (it's Chicago) may have you walking a few blocks back to unit. The apartment itself has so much room! Kitchen is spacious and well-stocked so several of us could cook a meal without bumping into each other. The large dining area table was great for both eating and game playing. Five of us could easily sit on the sofa and watch TV. The beds were meh and the single bathroom (and only one small mirror in the whole apartment!) makes it challenging with a large group. We changed our dates by one day and the process to get that done was difficult, including not being able to access the apartment on our arrival day, BUT, Georges was very responsive and we were able to get in after a short phone call.
My family of 5 very much appreciated the 3 separate bedrooms and 4 beds that were in this unit. The kitchen, dining and living room were also good sized and everything was well furnished. The owner also included plenty of supplies such as toilet paper and soaps. The owner was very quick to answer address any questions/concerns that we had. We would stay there again!

Great Potential!
My family, including parents, husband, and teenage daughter stayed at this apartment for 4 nights. We have mixed reviews, but overall with some finishing touches and a thorough cleaning, this space will be great!!
Positives:
-Brand new furnishings (beds, couch, bedding, towels, decorations)
-Convenient location to restaurants and our primary location of events, Evanston
-Secure building with coded locks on 2 separate doors, as well as cameras
-Full kitchen (Stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher)
-Washer/Dryer (was an issue with dryer, so we were unable to utilize, but owner was proactive in trying to get this fixed ASAP so I expect it to be resolved before next renters)
-Very modern and new decor that makes the space have a hotel feel
-Very large living room with plenty of seating on couches and chairs
-Great dining room space and table large enough to seat 8, which was great for family meals and games
-Bedrooms were all great sizes, with 1 King bed and 3 queens. All guests slept very comfortably on the beds.
-Large TV, Wifi access, and surround sound
-Updated electrical with USB ports
Things that can be improved:
-The space is clearly still needing some finishing touches on the remodel. There were some projects that were not done, including new items in boxes that need to be put away, items not securely attached to the walls, closets and drawers with random items in them. (Felt like they were just tossed in there to get out of sight for us renters)
-The space needs a thorough cleaning- window ledges were very dirty, as well as the air conditioner units in the bedrooms.
-Closets and floors were dusty and dirty from the remodel
-Kitchen did not feel clean- dishes were left in the dishwasher and drying rack upon arrival, and since the cupboards were not organized, we couldn’t put any of them away.
-Check-out procedures were not given to us before we left, so we were unaware of what to do when leaving.
-The pictures we saw on the posting were not the same space that we stayed in. (Similar items, but different spaces)
-Only had window air units in 2 of the 3 bedroom spaces. (Okay for our family because we didn’t need to use one of the bedrooms, but that might deter others.) If another unit can not be supplied, a nice size fan would probably help.
-Street Parking can be difficult- Some evenings we had to park a few blocks away. Nothing the owner can do about that, but just want others to be aware.
