We had a wonderful stay at Carrie’s property in Round Rock. The home was incredibly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Traveling with dogs can sometimes be stressful, but this place was truly pet-friendly and made everything easy for us.Carrie was an excellent host and communicated clearly and quickly the entire time, which made check-in and the stay seamless. You can tell she really cares about making sure her guests have a great experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Round Rock area, especially if you’re traveling with pets. Five stars all the way!

Every year we stay at a special house for thanksgiving , first time in 12 years was not happy with my stay i never had a problem .This house it said on the ad exceptional ! so I decided that I wanted to try it out , when I got to the house it was warm and blinds were damaged no dining room table management kept sending emails about what not to do and that they would charge me ,I didn’t feel comfortable in the house. I just felt like I was being watched , I was very disappointed because i wanted to enjoy a few days off of work and I felt like I was walking on eggshells also a little bit too expensive for the house to rent out per day I Did not enjoy it at all. I give it a one star because it wasn’t worth staying there. Also a lot of traffic busy street dangerous the area wasn’t the greatest. I wanted to stay closer to downtown round rock but that house was not the house to stay in. I’m sorry to give it a one star but that’s how I feel.

This stay started off rough when you were upset about VBRO's new damage claim policies and given how upset you were before you even arrived at something that is out of our control it really hurts the experience for hosts. You were sent two messages (standard hope you checked in ok) and check out instructions the night before. Most guests love those messages and they are informative, sorry you did not like them. Most guests enjoy the home and close proximity to what the city has to offer.
