About this property

Holiday in idyllic surroundings ...

We are happy to reserve our apartment for our guests!

This 51sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a detached house. The three beds are a bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa in the living room. For your comfort, a satellite TV is available.

The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a holiday in Xanten: a hob with ceramic hob and oven and a microwave, as well as a coffee machine, a toaster and a fridge. In fine weather you can enjoy your afternoon coffee on the small south-facing balcony.

As an extra we offer our guests two adult bicycles, as well as a children's and youth bike. You are welcome to round off the evening on the on-site barbecue area.

You will find us in the north of the spa and Roman town of Xanten in the district of Vynen (pronounced: Finns), about 6km from the city center with its many attractions and historic buildings and the excavation sites of the Archaeological Park.

In about 1km distance you will find a bakery, the hairdresser and a Chinese restaurant and a restaurant with home-style cuisine. Further shopping can be easily reached in a few minutes by car.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung gebucht, um eine angenehmere Unterkunft anstelle des Zeltens auf dem Parokaville zu haben. Der Check-In und Check-Out war mehr als einfach. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Idyllischer Aufenthalt in sehr gut ausgestatteter Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, super ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage ist auch schön, nah am Rhein, nur Geschäfte gibt es keine in der Nähe. Auch der nächste Bäcker ist recht weit weg und eher mit dem Auto zu erreichen oder Fahrrad. Wenn man aber einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Natur, in der Nähe schöner Orte machen möchte ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne, große und neu eingerichtete FeWo in sehr ruhiger Lage in Rheinnähe

Wir waren für 4 Tage in dieser FeWo am Ortsrand von Vynen (linksrheinisch zwischen Xanten und Kalkar). Sehr netter Empfang durch den Vermieter. In der Wohnung lagen frisch gekochte Ostereier und 2 Flaschen Mineralwasser zur Begrüßung bereit - wie nett! Wir sind 4 Tage in der Gegend dort radgefahren. Wenn man zwischen 50 und 75 km radfahren kann/will, liegen z.B. Rees, Goch, Kleve, Kalkar, Xanten, Isselburg, Wesel und Schermbeck im Aktionsradius. Wir haben sehr abwechslungsreiche und romantische Touren zwischen Rhein, Issel und Niers unternommen. Vynen selbst ist ein ruhiges, sehr gepflegtes Dorf. 400 m von der FeWo entfernt befindet sich das Café "Lieblingscafé", direkt am Fuß des Rheindamms (Frühstück ab 09:00 h). Im Ort gibt es 1 kleinen Laden ("Opa Heinrich"), wo man Brot und Brötchen sowie einige wenige andere (meist lokale) Produkte (Marmeladen, Honig, Obst, Säfte etc) kaufen kann. Die FeWo besteht aus je 1 großen Küche, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Alles neu und stimmig eingerichtet, sowie sehr sauber! WiFi tadellos. Alle Zimmerfenster mit Jalousien und die Bodenbeläge entweder Laminat oder Fliesen - sehr angenehm! Das Wohnzimmer ist eher klein geraten, enthält aber eine Sitzecke auf der man auch schlafen könnte, eine weitere dazu passende Sitzgelegenheit und ein Flachbild-TV. Vom WZ aus kommt man auf den Balkon, der zu unserer Zeit zwar begehbar, aber noch nicht komplett fertig (Bodenbelag fehlte) und mit "Notmobiliar" ausgestattet war und dem daher die Gemütlichkeit etwas abging. Der Balkon liegt ansonsten schön "nach hinten raus", also mit Blick in die Gärten und also eigentlich schön für ein Frühstück draußen. SZ mit 3-türigem Schrank, Kommode und Doppelbett (2 getrennte Matratzen), Schaumstoffmatratzen, neu, eher hart - sehr gut für uns (Körpergewicht bis 85 kg). Badezimmer mit großer Eckbadewanne, großer, ebenerdiger Dusche mit 2 Glas-Falttüren, Tiefspül-WC, Waschbecken und kleinem Spiegelschrank.Fön vorhanden. Küche vollständig ausgestattet, mit Elektroherd, Ceran-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank (ohne Gefrierfach), Mikrowelle, Geschirr und Besteck für mindestens 6 Personen, Töpfe, Pfannen, alles neu bzw. neuwertig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sehr willkommen gefühlt und wir kommen sicher gern nochmals wieder - dann reservieren wir auch mehr Zeit für das Osterfeuer ☺️
