This is an older country home but very clean and located on a small working cattle farm. Very peaceful and quiet with not another house close by (although the host lives a quarter of a mile down the road). Fully furnished, just bring a toothbrush and food. Just a quiet get-a-way.

Pictures and reviews stated everything accurately. GPS wasn’t accurate and spotty cell service. Didn’t affect out stay, just passing along info for future guests.
I traveled with my spouse and 2 kids for a 4H competition in the area and came across this gem. The house and property are beautiful as is the art work throughout. Mr. Wilburn was an awesome host. After the competition, my family and I went to the Mansfield and Pleasant Hill battlefields which were just a short drive from the house. I will definitely be staying again the next time we find ourselves in the area.
Had a fantastic stay at this small piece of old school country heaven! The house was amazing! I felt transported to my own grandparents place and that did so much to make me feel welcomed, like I had come home. Directions are off with Google Maps, but the mailbox is marked and that was great! Loved the personal touches of the family and the owners own artwork is beautiful. Mr. Wilburn was very helpful and prompt in answering questions and helping me with finalizing my stay. I would love to stay again if the need arises.
The house was clean and comfortable. The host responded in a timely manner to any questions I had. The only thing that I would point out is that theres not really any cell reception at the house, which could be good or bad, depending on what you're looking for. There is wifi with strong service though. I was able to use my wifi calling option to make calls and send texts with no issues. I definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a nice, peaceful setting in a safe area. The house is big but also very cozy, just like grandma's house. I will definitely try to book next time I'm in the area again for work.
