Excellent Place to Stay. The Owner very friendly and was very flexible with our schedule. I would recommend this property to any one looking for vrbo. The wife and I and all the basketball girls had a great time. Excellent Place
My wife and I had an excellent stay here! The location is ideal. We were close to downtown with lots of restaurants and bars. The nearby park was awesome. The house was spotless and the hosts were extremely responsive and easy to work with. We plan on making this our home away from home every time we are in grand junction.
House was just as described. We had 4 adults,2 teenagers and 1 dog. Just the right amount of space for us all. Backyard is fenced in with plenty of room for the dog and a nice place for humans to hang too.
Overall, the property was great. The house was clean, updated and well cared for and for us was conveniently located between the Lunch Loops for biking, hiking in McInnis canyons and a little wine tasting. An added bonus was that the backyard had large trees that provided a lot of shade and made it comfortable to hang out. The host was easy to contact and was very responsive and informative. highly recommend the property.
This place was horrible the heat kept going out so kept having to get that fixed owner kept popping up being nosey internet not work overall horrible place
Very convenient location for us. No cable was a major downer! Apps on wifi for most everything required suscriptions. Also, no screendoor on patio door for fresh air, a real disappointment. Great to have use of full garage and cleaning service, so enjoyed GJ very much.
Clean modern property....clean, quiet neighborhood...convenient location, great city....great access to trails...responsive host...what else is there to say? 👍👍👍
